Working with Karen was such a wonderful experience. She’s thoughtful and kind. And just an over all amazing realtor. When problems popped up during our house hunting journey, she 100% had our backs. I would definitely recommend Drawbridge Realty and Karen.

Karen is GREAT. Buying from out of town is difficult but Karen made it as easy as possible. She listened attentively to our desires and then carefully prescreened properties so that our trips in town were productive. After a month and three visits from Virginia, we found the perfect property. She had great insight in how much we should offer to ensure the purchase then assisted with the final arrangements.

Great Realtor! As a first time home buyer I was asking a lot of questions! Karen was always quick to respond and answer and if she didn't know the answer she would always know where to find it. She was very responsive through the entire process! Great for first time home buys and experienced investors alike. She made the process easy and much less stressful. I was buying sight unseen and I knew I could trust her!

We have been extremely lucky to have Karen Foshay’s help with buying and selling 4 different properties in our family over the past few years. We had no idea who Karen was when we first called her but are so very thankful we found her! Karen is always available when we need her and was able to provide us with all of the guidance and knowledge needed to get through each sale very smoothly! Karen helped us find our dream property! She was efficient, friendly and presented us with so many options. She never rushed us, and we never felt pushed into a decision we were on the fence about- she always gave her honest opinion and led us in the best direction with her expertise. As first time home buyers, we really appreciated this. She was quick to contact sellers and never left us waiting with questions. 10/10 working with Karen!

Karen was such a pleasure to work with! She worked so hard trying to find us our first home. It took about two years and it was such a learning process for us figuring out what we exactly wanted, key things to look out for, and also how to navigate through a competitive buyers market. She was so patient with us while we learned and stuck through until we found our one. We can’t thank her enough for finding our family a home! ♥️

We are first time homebuyers and Karen has been AMAZING throughout the entire process of us purchasing a condo. She is extremely responsive and took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we understood everything as we went. Helping my elderly parents sell their home was a bit daunting but I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Karen. She was incredibly patient and answered every question I had, some of them multiple times over. She gave us great advice to help get the house in selling condition. She talked us through each step and went out of her way to make sure we understood everything. She’s an excellent communicator, patient advisor, and an all around great realtor.
