I have been leasing an office from them for the past two years and have had no issues. Whenever I need them to meet someone at the office, they are always willing and accommodating. They also stay on top of the other tenants to ensure the area remains safe, secure, and clean.

I’ve had a great experience renting from Rovira Property Management for the past 3 years. They’re professional, responsive, and overall easy to work with. They always get back to me quickly, and repairs are taken care of in a timely manner.
A special shoutout to Joclynn, who has been especially helpful. She’s always quick to return calls and emails, and she’s incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. It really makes a difference having someone so reliable and pleasant managing the property.

Over the years we have dealt with several Property Management services. Rovira is by far the best. If they say they are going to do something they do it and they do it well. Here is a photo of the property that they manage for us in Kissimmee, FL. Wish that we had met them earlier. They could have managed even more of our properties.
