Easy 5-Star from me. We used them for 3 years, they handled everything and were always super responsive. From taxes, to repairs, to tenant issues, they hit every point with excellence. We made it hard on them by not knowing exactly when we would be moving back to our home, and they flexed with us at every turn, and made it easy on us.
If I was looking to rent it out again, the answer would be automatic on choosing Kodiak. Many thanks.

This is our first experience as landlords and with a home that needed multiple repairs to make it rentable, so we were nervous to say the least going into this. Before being referred to Kodiak, we used a subcontractor for many of the repairs who was problematic to say the least. Once we signed up with Kodiak everything changed for the better! Brandon and Mark and their team have been fantastic every step of the way. They are always prompt in communicating and solving issues. Their pool of subcontractors for repairs and maintenance are skilled, affordable, and fast. We receive monthly reports of income and expenses and reports of routine home inspections including photographs. They have made all the difference. I no longer have to worry about our rental. I cannot say enough good about Kodiak!

Brandon, Mark, and all of the Kodiak management team have made renting easy and enjoyable. They had regular inspections where we could report if something was broken & had a replacement item shipped to us sometimes within the hour of making our requests. I have rented a lot in my life and my experience here has been completely worry free. These are amazing people to work with. If you are looking to simplify this area of your life, I highly recommend using them. You will not be disappointed!

I made the switch to Kodiak last month after experiencing poor communication with my previous property management firm, and I couldn’t be happier. The team at Kodiak has been outstanding— they are responsive, professional, and always a pleasure to work with. They made the transition smooth and painless, and their pricing is completely transparent. I’ve been really impressed with the level of communication and their quick responses to any inquiries. So far, my experience has been excellent. Highly recommend!

Kodiak has helped my wife and I manage multiple properties and has freed us up from stress and the loss of our time and value of our investments. They're always happy to answer my questions when I reach out but they work behind the scenes so I don't have to be so involved.
They hold the tenants accountable to the lease agreements they signed, which more than makes up for the small fee Kodiak charges because I'm not loosing so much money from damage that tenants caused or disrepair due to my lack of attention. Thank you everyone at Kodiak!
