We had a great experience working with Lester. He was very communicative throughout the process and made sure we were kept informed every step of the way. He also helped us get our dryer replaced quickly, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for your responsiveness and support!

Extremely frustrating experience as a tenant and unacceptable service.
We’ve been left without a washer for nearly a month, with no urgency or accommodation. The washer, which is included in our lease, has been broken since December 18. Although I responded promptly by text to schedule the replacement, management later claimed they never received it and kept delaying the fixes. We were told the earliest possible replacement date is January 12, but it has not been confirmed. This is all while we are paying $5,400+ per month in rent.
Poor communication, lack of follow-through, and no compensation offered. I would not recommend renting from this property management company.

I am a new resident at an Advantage PM property. All of the communication from the team has been so professional and helpful. Today I had my first small maintenance issue and they had a vendor out within two hours and fixed everything so quickly.

As first-time homeowners, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Advantage Property Management and our property manager, Michelle. She’s been absolutely amazing—responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive every step of the way. The entire process has been smooth and stress-free thanks to her professionalism and support.
The owner portal is incredibly easy to use and very transparent; all communication and transactions go directly through it, making everything clear and convenient. It’s such a relief knowing there are no hidden fees or surprises—just honest, reliable service.
We truly feel our home is in great hands and would recommend Advantage Property Management, especially Michelle, to anyone looking for exceptional property management.

Harrison and advantage property management services have been very good with getting the property in good shape to rent and handling any rare maintenance issues that cropped up afterwards.

Very positive experience dealing with APMS. Harrison is my property manager, and he is outstanding in the way he supports me. Proactive, thorough, great communications. I don't feel any of the burden of being a landlord because Harrison and his team take care of any issues with the property behind the scenes. Thank you guys!

Advantage Property Management managed my property for nearly five years. I appreciated their professionalism and integrity. While their repair costs were a little higher than I would have liked, overall, I was very satisfied with their service. Michelle was particularly helpful, always keeping me informed and proactively handling any issues, allowing me to be completely hands-off as a property owner. Thank you, Michelle, you're fantastic!
