I had a terrible experience with my former property manager, and it cost me a long term tenant. I fired the PM and hired APMS. Russ and Harrison were like a breath of fresh air. They helped me with the transition to their company and gave me good advice for dealing with the former tenants and former property manager. It was a bit messy. While my husband and I opted to take care of some minor deferred maintenance issues, they handled the rest. The maintenance was completed in short order, and I had new tenants before I knew it.

Apms was fast and thorough, getting my lease documents to me quickly and helping to secure the property in the neighborhood I wanted.
A few small issues after I was able to start my move in and they were there ASAP to resolve them.
Friendly staff and easy to work with.

Currently renting a property through APMS. The Property Manager as well as the Assistant Property Manager have been very helpful with the process, expectations, and assistance. They send emails for everything when applying and up to and after the move-in date. Would recommend and probably use again if needed.

Russ and his team have been great. We’ve been with them for over 6 months and everything has been smooth. Russ also took time to thoroughly review the platform used ti track maintenance requests, expenses, and payments. The process to rent out our condo was organized and they were able to find a renter within a a month. Highly recommend!

As a first time landlord, I am grateful to have found Advantage Property Management Services to handle renting out my family home. I appreciate the consistent communication and have had all the support I've needed. The amount of relief I feel entrusting such a personal and complicated process to this company cannot be overstated. I feel confident in the quality of service provided, and would recommend Advantage Property Management in any capacity.
