He answered all my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. Nelly is GREAT! She contacted me back in a very timely manner. She listened to my concerns with out trying to over talk me or dismiss them, she made me feel like she understood where I was coming from and would work her hardest to resolve my issue. She reviewed the documentations with me and explained to me that the workers that came to my house were actually venders and not Real Management employees and that she would contact them on behalf to have the issue resolved. If I could give Miss Nelly more stars I would just based on her communication and people skills.TY VERY MUCH MISS NELLY! Hope to hear from you soon to resolve this issue.

We recently worked with Real Property Management during our leasing process. Jay has been very helpful and responsive, and we truly appreciate his support throughout the steps.
One area that could make the experience even smoother is simplifying some of the paperwork and procedures. The process felt a bit more complicated than expected.
Regarding monthly rental payments, there are many options available, which is convenient. However, it seems that every payment method comes with an additional fee. I understand that using a credit card usually involves a processing fee, but I was surprised that even linking a bank account still includes an extra charge. It would be helpful if there were at least one fee‑free option for tenants.
Overall, we appreciate the assistance we received, and I hope these suggestions can help improve the experience for future tenants.

Hands-down is one of the best she went over and beyond to make sure me and my son had the best experience with locating a home.
