The overall lived experience at the property was good. Had small issues throughout but fortunately anything that they were contractually responsible for, was handled in a timely manner. They've helped me and been understanding in tough times and Im extremely grateful for their staff. Nelly, in particular has been incredible and I dont know what I could have done without her.

Nelly has been an absolute blessing throughout my rental experience. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are heard and taken care of. She listens to renters’ concerns with compassion, communicates openly, and works hard to ensure everyone is satisfied.
It’s rare to find a property agent who genuinely cares about the people she serves, but Nelly does exactly that. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication have made a stressful process so much easier. I truly appreciate everything she has done and highly recommend Nelly to anyone looking for a property agent who puts her tenants first. Thank you, Nelly, for your outstanding service and commitment!

Excellent company to work with Marilyn has been awesome. Very efficient, kind, easy to Work with, and extremely professional. And realtor Komal P. Hands-down is one of the best she went over and beyond to make sure me and my son had the best experience with locating a home. Both ladies are knowledgeable and trustworthy, phenomenal with helping us during this time. My client and I had a very positive experience working with RPM Preferred. The process was smooth overall, and we truly appreciated the professionalism and support provided throughout.
I do have one suggestion: it would be extremely helpful if tenant‑representing agents could receive a full copy of the executed lease once it’s accepted. Navigating screenshots with my client made it challenging to address her questions and concerns accurately. Having the full document would make the process even more efficient for everyone involved.
Overall, great experience — and a special thank you to Jay Bergonio for his excellent assistance.

RPM Preferred has consistently provided great service. They have promptly responded to questions and followed up on requests. I have really enjoyed working with Doug Faulkner and Marilyn Sollano. Marilyn has recently worked diligently to advertise, show, vet applicants and fill my vacant property quickly. I feel like I'm in very competent caring hands. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience thanks to Jay, the outstanding leasing coordinator. From the very beginning, Jay was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions promptly, made everything easy to understand, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. His communication and attention to detail made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.
