My husband and I were a little nervous making the decision to look for our first home until we met Mercedes. She made us feel comfortable and confident with the process of purchasing a new home. Samantha Deal is exactly the kind of real estate agent you want representing you. She is knowledgeable, patient, professional, and easy to communicate with. New Mexico real estate can be tricky because every area is different, but Samantha does a great job explaining the market, helping you understand your options, and making the process feel less stressful.
She brings a great balance of professionalism and personal care. She listens, follows through, and makes you feel like you have someone truly looking out for your best interest. I would absolutely recommend Samantha to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in New Mexico.
