Michael was very friendly, professional, and responsive in our communications. He took the time to answer questions and was helpful throughout the process. Even though I didn't personally rent through the company, my interactions with him were positive, and he seemed genuinely committed to helping people. Wishing him and his team continued success!

I had been taking care of several of my rentals for years and it was turning in to a job and it was burning me out. Then a friend told me about Mike with Rent easy Nola. Property management so I decided to try them. I was so pleased with the service and with them managing the property. Then I compared my repair cost after a year and using my contractors and I was paying more to do the repairs cost than the cost of their repairs and fees to manage the properties. So to say the least im a 110% satisfied customer and I would like to thank Mike for everything he does for me.

Cody and Mike have managed a number of my properties and always do a stellar job. They communicate clearly and promptly with the tenants, keep me posted on repairs and expenses, line up the repairs and and also give me a heads up on issues that may arise in the near future. Very transparent on pricing and expenses requests as well.

I've had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with Mike and his crew. When I was starting out they were very thorough when answering my questions. They understood where I wanted to take my business and gave me tips from experience. Rent Easy Nola does a lot of leg work, and they have a lot of contacts. I'd recommended REN if you are looking to become more profitable.
