I had a great experience working with RentWerx throughout the leasing process. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and well organized from start to finish.
Fernanda was especially helpful. She was thorough, responsive, and took the time to explain each step of the process clearly. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything along the way, which made the experience much less stressful.

Fernanda did a fantastic job helping us get the perfect home to fit our needs. I really liked how I could tour the home on my own time with a self tour. All communication was clear and professional throughout the entire process. We were even weighing our options with another home and Fernanda really helped us feel comfortable securing our home in a timely manner. :)

Five stars for RentWerxs! From the first day, they were incredibly responsive and followed up on every call. Unlike other companies I vetted, they made me feel like a priority rather than a burden. I ended up signing with them because their front-end communication is top-tier, which gives me total confidence in how they will manage my property moving forward. Highly recommend!

Fernanda Munoz was Awesome helping us through the Lease approval process and securing our Dream Home.
Ok so we have been making some needed improvements to add some curb appeal to this Fantastic property and take pride in our newly found home so I’ve added just a couple of before and after pictures.
And from the upstairs Living room there is an amazing view, sharing a few of my favorites.
