I had such a great experience working with this property management team, especially with Fernanda. From the very beginning, she made the approval process feel easy and stress-free. She provided clear instructions every step of the way, which made everything so much easier to understand.
What really stood out to me were the little personal touches—she even sent short “hello” and “congratulations” videos throughout the process. Those small gestures made me feel like more than just another applicant.
She was professional, responsive, organized, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I really appreciate how smoothly she handled everything and how welcomed she made me feel. I would absolutely recommend her and this property management company to anyone looking for a rental! 🏡❤️

RentWerx was a lifesaver for our family. PCSing overseas on short notice is incredibly stressful, but RentWerx took the weight off our shoulders by handling all repairs and rental logistics flawlessly. Their communication was excellent, and they got our property rented much faster than we anticipated. They turned a high-stress situation into a smooth experience. If you are a military family in need of property management, look no further—I highly recommend them.

Fernanda Munoz was Awesome helping us through the Lease approval process and securing our Dream Home.
Ok so we have been making some needed improvements to add some curb appeal to this Fantastic property and take pride in our newly found home so I’ve added just a couple of before and after pictures.
And from the upstairs Living room there is an amazing view, sharing a few of my favorites.
