Carly Hunt, Andrea Pelagio, and Max (only got his first name) helped me move into my place. Easy going and worked with me on date, $$ due at signing, and they have a 3rd team that helps you set up your utilities. No experience with maintenance, inspections, or move out but so far so good on strictly the move in side of things.

We went from another property management company to discover the joy of working with T&H Realty. We are living abroad and had a second rate property management company that was awful, financially draining and non-responsive to our needs. We searched for a new property management company and found T&H Realty. T&H Realty is an amazing and thorough team of encouraging and professional home service management. They are a pleasure to work with and handle all aspects of home management like their own. A very special appreciation goes to Tosha Meade, who goes above and beyond in customer service and makes you feel like family.
Thank you to the whole T&H Realty Team for taking our previously bad situation and turning it into something really great!

This is our 6th year in our home with TH prior years renewal had been simple. This year our son had to complete a "roommate" application. I understand the need for it however he turned 18 three years ago, why weren't we asked then to complete this application? The application eas a bit confusing as it was asking questions as if he hadn't lived in the home the entire time. I will say Tim was great and timely in his responses and that was very helpful.

I want to take a moment to praise Dodie! He's the ideal maintenance guy. Not only is a helpful and handy resource but his personality just takes it up a notch. At every turn, he makes himself available and tried to get every question we have answered even if he doesn't have the answer. He will go out of his way to help you! T&H scored big time when they hired him!

Terri Ashemore at T & H made this process incredibly simple and straightforward. As an out-of-state investor I had a lot of concerns entering this process but Terri kept me up to date at all times and worked hard to make sure the process was moving along quickly. T&H staff were very professional and always available with a helping hand. I’m looking forward to the next stage of the process and hopefully to another purchase in the near future.

Our home evaluation went very well :) They notified us multiple times of when the inspection would take place. The reminder texts were very helpful. Corbin Whitney was extremely friendly and did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and explained every step clearly. We were very satisfied with the process. Thanks T&H !

I had a great experience working with Carly Hunt. I probably got on her nerves at times (lol) but She was very friendly and responsive. She was able to help me through the whole process, from the application to finally moving in along with any questions I had. Too bad she's not my property manager. I would recommend anyone looking to go through T&H to request to work with her. Thanks for all your help Carly!!!
Also, Karl the maintenance man was very friendly and took care of what I needed done with no issuee.

I just moved out for the first time with my girlfriend and Carly Hunt made the process very quick and easy. We were given updates about what was going on during the process and we got approved quickly! We were worried that we might not get approved for the house because of how nice it was but we heard back within a week of applying! If anyone is looking to move out I would highly recommend using T&H!
