Do not recommend renting through this company. Save your time and your security deposit because you will not be getting it back. Communication has always been lackluster and they will charge you for every single little spec of dust they find after you move out. We have paid rent on time every single month for the entire duration of the lease and only needed one repair. The repair was for a damaged sink that they also decided to charge over 500$ for. They dont schedule a time for maintenance and they told the plumbers that the property was vacant at the time and it was not. They decided to charge us a $350 cleaning fee at move out after spending multiple hours cleaning and following their provided checklist . Most of the charges they decided was our fault was absolutely ridiculous like aged paint and a lightbulb that wasnt the same color as the rest of the house. They claim to provide you with a move in evaluation that they conduct at move in and we never got ours and yet were still charged a ludicrous amount of money. They say they take security deposits seriously but they just end up taking them all together! Dont waste your time or money
