We rented from T&H Realty for exactly 1 year. They were difficult to deal with, contacted them several times, they required photos, had me try to clear the drain in second bathroom with home remedies and then requested I snake the tub myself. The issue was never resolved. When we moved out the charged me for labor for fixing the problem they never addressed. There was a problem with a leak and they told me to turn off the water to the house until they could get someone to come out to fix it..I asked how long and they said it would be a few days. I protested and then that said they would send someone out that day. If I hadn’t insisted I would not have had a bathroom for days…unacceptable! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Throughout our tenancy, maintenance requests often went unanswered for weeks or MONTHS. We had requests that have been open since LAST February, including safety concerns like nails sticking out of the flooring. Issues like this should never take months to address. Communication has also been incredibly disorganized. Emails often go unanswered, and when we do receive a response, no one seems to know what anyone else is doing. While trying to coordinate our move-out, we received multiple duplicate emails but no clear answers to basic questions. What has been most concerning is the move-out process. We have been presented with charges for damages and other items that were not caused by us. We had a feeling this was coming due to how horrible the past year has been. The process feels extremely opaque and raises serious concerns about how tenants are being billed. We have been respectful, responsible tenants and expected the same level of professionalism in return. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Unless you have a legal team in your corner who is willing to help you fight for maintence requests to be handled and getting your security depsoit back we’d highly encourage to rent elsewhere.
