BCG Real Estate Group is a Chicago based, veteran owned and operated property management company. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service and care to our owner group, focused on maximizing their returns, taking care of and maintaining their assets, and running their properties like an efficient business. We also care tremendously about the residents we serve and the communities we live and work in. Our goal is to create safe, comfortable and high quality environments for our residents to thrive, because if they are taken care of, everything else falls into place.

Mike from BCG was great! He was very good conversation and got the job done efficiently with no fuss. Seemed like he had an answer for every problem I had!

Lived in a BCG property for 5 years, rent always paid on time, no complaints. The new PM moved in a drunk who stole packages off my porch and then physically assaulted me on camera. I also had a slip and fall with an acute injury because the property was not, and still is not, up to code. After all this, they did not even give me the required 120 days notice that they were not renewing my lease as required by city ordinance (similarly, no notice when my rent was raised the year before) and then they jacked up the price several hundred dollars a month. They're veterans, as am I, but they aren't for veterans, they're out to line their own pockets. P.S. all the 5 star reviews were incentived.

We've been dealing with Kyle from this group and he is PHENOMENAL. From the day we came to look at our apartment, to moving in, to now being here about 4 months, he has made everything so easy and comfortable. We love our apartment and our management group!

I’ve lived in my place for almost 4 years. After the 2nd year a management company took over and it was BAD. They didn’t take any issue seriously. I even had to go 5 weeks without a refrigerator. Finding out a new management company was taking over was a little nerve wracking until they came around the property and actually asked me about my concerns. Not only did they listen, they fixed them day 1. I would say they are not only good, but great! Responsive, timely and I’m not worried if something happens, I know it will get taken care of quickly.

BCG took over for a different property management company and totally turned our experience around. They are quick to solve problems, communicative, and friendly. It feels like they actually want to make sure their tenants are taken care of, which is rare in a rental situation.

We have been living here for more than a year, we are very satisfied with the work of the team, any minor problems are solved very quickly. People who know what they are doing work here! BCG loves animals, so we had no problems coming here with a dog. Definitely recommend them.

Working with BCG has been a dream. I move several times a year and they've made my transition so easy... They are always just a text away and I've never had any issues with my fully furnished unit. The locations of the units are great as well... If I was staying in Chicago, or if I come back, BCG is at the top of my list to rent from.
