Looking to house hack, fix-and-flip, mid-term, long-term, or short-term rent? I’ve personally done it all and navigated multiple market cycles with a focus on building sustainable, cash-flowing portfolios while managing risk both in my portfolios as well as others that choose to trust me. In addition to investing, I manage and coach a team of real estate agents, helping them develop repeatable systems for lead generation, client conversion, and long-term business growth. My approach blends practical field experience with data-driven decision-making. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of New Mexico, which I leverage to evaluate deals, structure investments, and position properties for maximum returns. Justin is hands down the BEST realtor you'll get the opportunity to work with. This was my first home buying experience and we looked for over a year for the right house. He will never be the one to push you to buy something, he will only be the first to tell you "this isn't the one, let's move on to the next". Finally after over a year of looking I found the perfect house and he made it so easy. He bends over backwards for you and WILL do everything in his power to get you in your dream house. One of the best guys I know!! He rocks!

Justin was amazing to work with from beginning to end. As foster parents we had strict timelines we needed to follow. He was always kind, understanding and accommodating. Justin was always responsive and eager to show us any house that caught our eye. 10/10 would work with him again and/or recommend him to our friends and family.

Justin was a dream to work with. He brings a wealth of real estate experience as both an agent and an investor himself. I was looking for a condo that would work for both personal use and as a rental unit. He helped us find the perfect unit and helped us analyze the potential income and provided his own advice on managing it from experience. Great working with Justin! He was very accommodating to our schedules with work and a baby, was very communicative and always had rapid responses whenever we had questions about a property that we were already tracking or a brand new one. He ended up leading us to the home that we’ve only dreamed about and never would have guessed it to be a remote possibility during this incredibly difficult time to find a house. It is absolutely surreal to know that the dream became our reality thanks to him!

Justin has made it possible for us to now be in our dream home! We were initially just interested in seeing the type of homes that were available in the area, but once we started working with Justin it made the process so much easier and more attainable. He was available at a moment's notice (literally), which you now need with this market. He went above and beyond, including crawling under the house with my husband!
We are first time buyers and Justin explained every step of the way and definitely knows how to negotiate the best deal. We can't recommend Justin enough, and we hope to work with him in the future. No matter what you're looking for, he will help you find it!

As a mortgage loan officer who has worked with several real estate agents in the Puget sound area. Justin is amongst the best! He is honest, hardworking, great communicator, and a brilliant investment minded individual. It is great to trust that a client is going to have an fantastic experience when working with Justin. Justin was great to work with! He was always willing to accommodate our schedules and was very understanding of our night shift life. We also started the process while we were out of state and he was always willing to go and do a virtual tour. He gave great advice through the whole process. He was always good at being a fair judge on a house and never pushed us just so he could get a sale. If the house wasn't great he'd absolutely let us know and we'd just move on to the next house no hassle! I'd recommend him to anyone I know buying a house!
