I understand the needs of investors because I'm an investor too. I started in the real estate industry as an investor. My father owned rental properties when I was a kid, and it always fascinated me. I became more interested as I got older, and decided to become an investor for the passive income rental properties offer.

I got my sales associate license because I wanted to learn even more about the inner workings of real estate transactions. In the process, I realized I could use my knowledge of investing – having bought, rehabbed, and built from scratch many investment properties – to help people buy and sell their own properties.

The rest is history. I love educating people about the benefits of real estate investing, and I love helping people buy, build, or sell the home of their dreams.
