I have been using Ziprent for my San Francisco rental property for the past three years, and the experience has been excellent. Their professional team is responsive, efficient, and truly cares about both landlords and tenants. Their fast turnaround and smooth leasing process have made property management easy. ZipRent has made the whole process of renting my beloved condo simple. The staff is easy to get a hold of by text, email, or phone call. Response time is fast within in 1 hour. It was a new experience doing all transactions electronically & never shaking a persons hand as a business gesture. ZipRent recruited tenants and sealed the deal for a 1 year lease on my property. Fingers crossed that l do not need ZipRent for collecting late rent but l know that they provide that service.

I am using Ziprent for the 3rd time for tenant placement service. As a returning customer, I am happy with the service offered, competitive pricing, ease to reach a real person when needed, and prompt response to emails. I have referred Ziprent to a couple of my friends as well who were happy with the services. Overall, it's a great solution if we don't stay close by the property and automate showing and applications.

The process in renting out my property went amazingly fast! I am fully satisfied. I am old fashioned and I want to deal business in person, so I am kind of skeptical when I am not meeting any staff. But, the communication was amazing. I was informed on every step of the process and any questions I had were answered promptly. I am really impressed! I am very confident with Ziprent as my property management that they do deliver in excellence and will highly recommend them to others.

Ziprent has managed my property for a few years now and their service is fantastic. All their team members are responsive and work really hard to make my tenants comfortable. Whenever maintenance is needed, they quickly gather quotes and provide a clear list of options, and always provide great results. If you are looking for a good value property manager highly recommend working with this organization.
