If you want a property company that doesn’t communicate, avoids phone calls , emails and text messages, then this is that type of company all day.
If you want to be spoken to rudely and hung up on then is the company for you then.
I would never recommend them ever to any of my family, friends, colleagues, and rental clients in the insurance industry.
They over charge all kinds of fee
They lack compassion and empathy especially when tenants are hospitalized for two heart attacks.
Stay away!!!!

We definitely did not go wrong on choosing AMG to handle our property. Alex is very accommodating and goes above and beyond with his customer service. As this is our first time getting our home rented, he was really thorough in walking us through the whole process and was quick to response to all our questions. I feel at ease knowing that we have him as our property manager. I will 100% highly recommend him to anyone who needs a property manager.
