I had a great experience with Cory Real Estate Services during my stay for two years. From the beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The move-in process was smooth, and they were always quick to address any questions or maintenance requests I had throughout my lease. The property itself was well-maintained, and I felt safe and comfortable in my home. I appreciated their clear communication and the way they made everything—from paying rent to requesting services—easy and hassle-free. Everyone I worked with from Cory Real Estate was amazing. Our real estate agent, Cassie, was helpful through the whole process and understood exactly what we needed when we needed it. It was also very helpful because she had contacts in all the areas we needed and was able to help us find contractors, cleaners, etc to help with the house. She went above and beyond every step of the way and made it so easy for us first time home buyers. Definitely would recommend her to anybody and everybody. Rachel was also very helpful and provided us an exact list with deadlines which made it really easy to keep up with the fast process and was so quick to answer any questions. They made this experience much more manageable and enjoyable. Thank you Cory Real Estate!

If I could give zero stars I would. I signed a lease to move in Feb 22. I did not have the opportunity to tour the house personally and could not get a video tour. The only basis I had was the pictures listed on the company website. When I arrived on the first day of my lease, the house was dirty on every surface. I was assured the house had been cleaned. It was not. I moved nothing in that day so I left with a return date of march 12. I spoke with the owner of the company and the property manager. Both assured me the house would be clean upon my return. When I arrived on March 12, the floors were even dirtier with red clay tracked in every room. Food, dirt and I don’t know what was on every wall in the house. To present a house in this condition as move in ready is disgusting and unacceptable. I was told again that the cleaners were contacted (again). The only thing the one star represents is them letting me out of the lease and returning all funds. The house is back up for rent using the same inaccurate photos.

My fiancé and I are first-time homebuyers relocating from Texas for job reasons and were originally going to rent. As we were looking for rental homes, we met Tanichia and are SO GRATEFUL that we did! She has truly been a Godsent. She walked with us through the whole process of buying which can be stressful, especially as first-time buyers, but she took the time to break everything down for us to make sure we understood everything. I struggle with anxiety and that didn't faze her at all. She is so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and dependable. Even being a first-time buyer, I can't imagine a better agent out there than Tanichia. Since we are coming from out of state, she did everything virtually but she did it so well that we felt like we were in person. Tanichia is amazing and we admire her so much for all the hard-work and passion she puts into her job. If you're looking for a home in the area, DON'T GO TO ANYONE ELSE!!😊

I rated this team a 5 out of 5 when we first signed them to manage our property in 2020, and I'm rating them a 10 out of 5 as we work on selling our property. Cory Real Estate and Ronnica have been nothing but helpful as a property management company. They've gone above and beyond our expectations, even as we end our services with their team due to the sale of our property. I would highly recommend them if you are a renter or property owner looking for management services!

I used Cory Real Estate to purchase a property out of state, and I couldn't be happier! The folks at Cory (Shannon and a few others) made me feel very comfortable going into my first conversation with a real estate agent. They also checked on me along the way to make sure everything was going smoothly! Being from out of state, it was important that I found an agent I trusted. The agent I chose was Sarah and she was awesome! She was very honest and knowledgeable of the area. She helped me get a great deal on a home in a very competitive market! I would recommend Sarah to anyone that ones an agent that goes the extra mile and works hard for you! Overall, I'm incredibly happy I reached out to Cory Real Estate and I received great service and won’t hesitate to recommend them and Sarah to everyone I meet.

EDIT: November 2020: I used Cory Real Estate to sell the same home i bought back in 2018. I sold my home while mobilized through the military from over 1000 miles away. Rebekah, Rachel, and Shannon were awesome. So the break down of what happened. I got an offer within the first week. They had requested some repairs after the inspection. Rachel, out of the kindness of her heart, went out there to ensure that the repairs had been done since I'm so far away and couldn't. The buyers ended up falling through due to financing last minute and requested to rent for 3 months while they got their financing together, which I agreed to. Rebekah worked with me through all of that without any regard to her extra work and the delay of the sale. They ended up completely falling through before the day of the rental and my house was back on the market that day. I had multiple offers within a week and got a did a multiple offer disclosure. I ended up with a GREAT offer. The entire process was significantly less stressful because any repairs or cleaning I had to have done was completely scheduled and set up them. I didn't have to do anything but sign paperwork. They always let me know the quote for the repairs and cleaning and kept me informed the ENTIRE time. I can't recommend them enough. Easy to work with. So nice. April 2018: It was so easy working with Cory Real Estate. They took care of everything for me! I didn't know who I was going to use as a lender as I had multiple picked out and they worked with me through every change I made. They made everything Super stress free! Thanks Cory Real estate.
