The information posted on their website about rental requirements is inaccurate & will result in a waste of time and money. Rental requirements clearly states 3 times the rent & I was told in person by Candace after applying, calling, and waiting for weeks, their requirements are really 3.5 times the rent & their website is not up to date w/o any accountability taken where I would need to re-apply & start over. I attempted to contact Dustin as the property I was interested in was posted by him but appears to be cat and mouse games.

The office lacks effective communication. The company does not initiate contact unless it is advantageous to them. The company appears to be a scam. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to move out immediately and terminate my lease. As a single woman who resided in the property for less than four months, there are no damages that could be claimed unless they were already present. Everything was left in the same condition as it was found. I paid rent on time every month and was willing to pay all other expenses. The property manager, Alyssa, was very accommodating and informed me over the phone that the deposit would be refundable. However, I am currently being delayed in receiving confirmation regarding the deposit or invoice. I attempted to confirm my last month of payment but never received confirmation that I had to initiate contact again. Initially, they posted a prorated rent that appeared incorrect. When I requested verification, they were unable to provide an answer until the property manager was present. Nine days passed without receiving a confirmation message. I was informed by Lauren that new tenants had already moved in on March 3rd. They informed me that they have sixty days after my move-out date to provide me with a deposit and an invoice. When I inquired about the move-out date, I was unable to receive confirmation, and no one has yet reached out to verify. Edit: It has been over a month and still no contact or update.
