Aaron and his team helped us navigate finding and buying a home in record time after our old home was lost in the Old Trail Fires. He helped us start the process the very next day and was available to navigate negotiations even during the birth of his 4th child. His commitment to his clients and professionalism is unparalleled. I am rarely impressed by people and honestly was blown away by him during this process. I would recommend Aaron to anyone and everyone in the Spokane area in need of an agent.

Aaron was a fantastic resource to work with when buying my first home. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and guided me through the entire process. He has your best interests in mind. I purchased a multi family property (duplex) to “house hack”. Aaron would be the perfect agent for multi family, single family, or an investor.

Moving from out of state, Aaron went above and beyond to ensure this was a smooth process. He was quick to respond to questions in a detailed and professional way, and kept things fun too. Aaron is a thorough, kind, and authentic real estate agent. He helped me acquire my first Duplex in Spokane, WA!
He helps beginner and advanced investors run the numbers on small-multi family properties before you even tour the property. He’s realistic about what he thinks you could get the property for due to his market insights. He sends out offers to sellers quickly and explains why we offered what we did. I felt 100% confident that Aaron was going to help me acquire a phenomenal rental.
