I highly recommend Bianca as an agent whether you are buying your first home or an investment property. I closed on my Third property with her and although it was a much more complicated deal than the others she made the process go very smooth. I will be working with her again in the future.

I'd recommend Bianca for any real estate investor looking for a committed, data-driven partner. She provided great analysis for my portfolio, breaking down the pieces of short-term rentals, single family homes, condos, and a multi-use building. My portfolio today is diverse and I'm always looking for the next opportunity. I wish she had a real estate license by the time I made my final purchase(s)! Her understanding of market trends and her ability to guide me through tough decisions was helpful in feeling confident to move forward. She focused on ensuring every property would cash flow after renovations and other "overhead", and challenged me to think about my long-term goals and success. If you need an agent who actually understands some of the trends and will do the investment math with you, call B!
