I’ve had a great experience with Advantage Property. Their maintenance team is outstanding always quick to respond, reliable, and professional. Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been handled promptly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference. It’s reassuring to know they take tenant concerns seriously and get things fixed without unnecessary delays. I really appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Advantage Property to anyone looking for a property management company that truly cares about family and also maintaining their properties.

Advantage Property Management has been great with helping me manage my home. They are responsive, send reminders for preventive maintenance, and offer contractors they know for maintenance issues. They have gotten multiple quotes for me before proceeding so that I can choose a competitive contractor. They also allow me to choose my own contractor if I know someone that can do the work.
They make the screening process easy and keep me informed about tenant choices. They give their recommendations and also let me screen tenants myself before making a final decision. I have had two great long term tenants now through their vetting process.
I hope to continue to work with them in the future.

I have been renting through Advantage for almost 2 years now. They don’t leave any stones unturned. Any questions or concerns that I have, they resolve them promptly. They are sure to show you the property before you agree to rent, and their maintenance team does a great job taking care of their properties! I’m glad I chose this company.
