They also answer the phone as most places that our property management do not and always have a great attitude as well when you call them. I hired All County Property Management five years ago based on their fair pricing and kind initial interactions. For the first few years, things went smoothly. But after the first tenant moved out, I experienced a series of miscommunications and delays. Appliances were replaced without my input, blinds delayed the home’s re-listing, and a washer/dryer issue revealed that older units had been installed without my knowledge. Though they eventually waived the billing, the lack of transparency was concerning. More critically, a warped floor issue went unresolved for nearly a year, and plumbing repairs were only partially completed—despite being told the work was finished. I returned to find sewage backing up and the flooring still damaged. Themes I encountered: • Fair pricing and kind initial service • Poor follow-through on repairs • Inconsistent communication and accountability If you choose to work with this company, document everything and follow up persistently. It may save you time, money, and stress in the long run.

Matt is managing my property in garland for many years. I was his client from starting of his business. He leased out by property couple time. responsive, able to find good vendors to fix problem. happy with service

This company sent my roommates and I leasing agreements and information to our rental portal with fees to pay on Friday and then we find out on Tuesday morning the house had been sold? What kind of company sends out contracts for their tenants to sign to rent without knowing it was being sold at the same time? It’s a good thing we didn’t pay any of the fees on the portal… This company is chaotic and unorganized. We had put in an application for one of their rentals in April. It is now June and we had just finally received the leasing contract. We had to call multiple times a week over the last month and a half to obtain updates on our application, and the company would rarely reach out and call us with updates, and we had to do it ourselves. Unprofessional, and poorly run. I will use any other company before I would ever chose to work with this one.
