Jim is an amazing mortgage broker He went far beyond my expectations by extending himself personally to help mediate a very serious situation which which then allowed for my refinance to be approved and subsequently I am able to pursue my property acquisitions for enhancing my investment future!

Jim was very informative about all the ins and outs of a mortgage. He spent an hour on the phone with me explaining everything about points, lender tricks/strategies, and the general home buying process. I got a quote from 2 lenders but ended up working with Jim because of his customer service. Great experience!

I have had the opportunity to work with Jim and his team twice now, first while purchasing my first home and second as a first time re-financing. He and his whole team were extremely patient and informative while answering questions and providing any guidance as needed. While refinancing, Jim worked with me to make sure I was set up for success to accomplish my goals. He went above and beyond to secure the best rates for me.
