Jim is an amazing mortgage broker He went far beyond my expectations by extending himself personally to help mediate a very serious situation which which then allowed for my refinance to be approved and subsequently I am able to pursue my property acquisitions for enhancing my investment future!

Jim was very informative about all the ins and outs of a mortgage. He spent an hour on the phone with me explaining everything about points, lender tricks/strategies, and the general home buying process. I got a quote from 2 lenders but ended up working with Jim because of his customer service. Great experience!

Jim Blackburn and his team are the best in the business. I chose him off of word of mouth. Had a dear friend refer him and I can see why she did! I recently refinanced my home and it was a smooth transaction. He discussed every scenario and what options would work best for me. He was patient and kind with any and all questions I had. He and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful. Jim had been very responsive and didn't let anything longer. He gave above and beyond attention ... did this refi all while in another country on vacation! Now that's dedication! I have a peace of mind working with Cross Country mortgage. I know they are always doing the right thing for their clients and providing them with the best interest rates in the industry!

I have had the opportunity to work with Jim and his team twice now, first while purchasing my first home and second as a first time re-financing. He and his whole team were extremely patient and informative while answering questions and providing any guidance as needed. While refinancing, Jim worked with me to make sure I was set up for success to accomplish my goals. He went above and beyond to secure the best rates for me. I was fortunate to have worked with Jim and his team to refinance my home recently and they were all fantastic. The rates were great, I never felt any pressure, all of my questions were answered in a way I could understand them, and all of my different options were laid out in a way that made them very easy to compare and ultimately make my own informed decision. Jim also made time to chat on the phone whenever necessary even in this incredibly busy time for him. All in all, it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
