My experience with John and the apartment I rented was amazing. John is super nice, helpful and responsive. I love old buildings and the apartment I rented was perfect for me. So much sunlight and rent was more than fair for a large 2 bedroom. Everyone in the building got along well and were incredibly kind. If I end up back in Cincinnati, I will be using these fine folks again. Thank you guys so much 🖤

I had a wonderful experience with HIN homes. I lived in an apartment for 1 year and 3 months, did not have any issues. Management team was great as well in fixing things that came up. Michelle and John were great in helping with things. Highly recommend.

I lived in one of the apartments being owned by HIN Real Estate, Montgomery Road Cincinnati OH and I can categorically state that the company is always responsive to their tenants concern. I will not forget Michelle's empathy and great help on ensuring that I got the apartment and moved in almost immediately. I would definitely recommend HIN Real Estate to anyone around me.

HINHOMES SUCK!!! If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I would’ve rather lived in a hotel than rent from HinHomes. When I first discovered this company, I thought they were saving my life. It was affordable and in a decent neighborhood and I was in a hunch to move. I admit I did not have the best of credit but they accepted me anyway. I was first interested in an apartment in Norwood on Carthage. When I first went to view it, it was unfinished. Michele is the lady who showed it to me and told me that it would be finished in a couple weeks give or take. Would you believe the day of move-in? It was still as if they were working on it? No doors to the bathroom or bedroom. I literally had to ask them to put them in and the first night I moved in, there were roaches! Every day they were multiplying, I even called the health inspector out. I did not even sleep there and complained every day about that because I was assured before moving in that there was no roach infestation. I even asked the other neighbors in the building and they said that was a problem and it had gone on for a while now and HinHomes had done nothing about it. Darrius and John McGrath we’re both unwilling to refund me the security deposit and first months rent for Carthage and I did not even stay the whole 30 days. I did not even sleep there the first 14 days. I was thankful enough that I had the funds to move again into one of their other units, 6619 Bantry Ave. This was the option Darrius gave me. Things were going okay until there started being issues with rent and them claiming I didn’t pay, then they started charging me these miscellaneous late fees, some that were even illegal and was confirmed by a personal lawyer. During the cold months, there was a time I was left without hot heat and hot water for 5 days. They did not communicate well about the furnace being fixed, and when someone finally did come out to take a look at it, an employee of Duke said it was hazardous and it should have been replaced. They called them slum lords out of their own mouths. They did not reimburse me for having to stay at a hotel during these days when the heat was out, and temperatures dropped well below 50 degrees inside. Not even a space heater could fix this problem. That was absolutely my last straw, I had to move and to put a cherry on top when I did move out they did not give me my security deposit back. Like I said if I could give this ridiculous company zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this poor of an excuse company as a safe and comfortable place to live, I’d suggest ANY live-inn hotels before them. PS: PICS FOR PROOF

I don’t even live in these agency’s property. I have been reaching out for over 2 weeks leaving messages, emailing applications and no one has gotten back to me. When I would call the staff would hang up on me and never follow up. Soooo unprofessional.

I've had such a great experience renting through this company! Mark and John have been nothing but professional, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever I’ve had a question or need. It’s clear they genuinely care about their tenants and properties. A big shoutout to Ryan, the maintenance guy—he’s always prompt, efficient, and incredibly helpful anytime something needs fixing. He makes sure things are taken care of quickly and done right the first time. Also want to thank Tim, the electrician, who recently helped install an outdoor electrical outlet. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made the whole process seamless. It’s rare to find a rental company that’s this reliable and easy to work with. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a place with great support and an awesome team behind it!

The apartment i leased from Home Info Network was well cared for. Many of the amenities were older, but extremely well cared for. The floors were well kept as well as the water closets and kitchen. Never had a plumbing issue that required an emergency repair or visit. If there were, I would never have known as maintenance is a high priority. The utilities were inexpensive and the neighborhood ( Silverton) was quiet and respectful. I enjoyed my stay. I WOULD recommend their properties. If you see one available my recommendation is to lease. Otherwise, it maybe a while before you see a vacancy again.
