At McCaw Property Management, we are passionate about creating long-term wealth and income through real estate investing. Our professionals provide high-quality real estate asset and property management services that monetize your investments in Dallas, Fort Worth, and other surrounding cities in Texas. Let us do the hard work. A note from our founder Kyle McCaw: My passion for real estate began as a student at Texas A&M University. Soon after graduation I began my real estate investment career purchasing several income properties. My first purchase was a duplex. My first tenant paid 87% of my PITI (principal, interest, taxes & insurance). I soon picked up a roommate who paid the other 13%! After that, I knew I was onto something. Within a few months I purchased my second duplex. Ever since I have been helping others build wealth with real estate. Few real estate agents truly understand real estate from an investor's point of view. Far less actually invest in real estate. Together, with my team, we can build your personal plan and put it in motion. I started McCaw Properties because I could not find a large brokerage firm that truly understood the needs of investors or distressed homeowners. McCaw Properties was formed to solve real estate challenges by working outside of the traditional Realtor box. When a McCaw Properties agent looks at a property, he or she is not limited to only traditional transactions. We have found that in today’s economic environment we need to be aware of all the ways to help solve real estate problems.

I just want to give a special thanks to everyone that helped resolve my issue. Whitney was very responsive and apologetic for what I’ve been dealing with. She stayed in great contact and hired two very professional men for the job both James & Brian didnt get in the way at all. Demolition the bathroom and put it back together in a couple of hours time. Couldnt be more satisfied!

Darren showed up and saved the day! He fixed our ceiling from a leak and repainted it, repaired our AC, replaced the light fixture that was damaged from the leak, and cleaned up after himself..... that is just amazing! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and a very hard worker. He was very pleasant and did his job with a smile. He worked all afternoon until 10 pm. This was the best experience ever! McCaw Property, you have a winner 🏆! Thank you Darren! We truly appreciate you and your hard work ❤️!

Absolutely in love with the experience of this management company and the team so far. The transperancy, urgency with communication and overall "feeling heard" has been a refreshing break from my previous management company experiences. I want to give a particular shout out to the leasing manager Darla who has been beyon a pleasure to connect with. First impressions are pivotal - and she has helped make the transition to my new abode seamless and stress-free!

McCaw Property Management is hands down the very best in the business. They are super friendly, always helpful and willing to go the extra mile in making sure everyone is taken care of in a professional and timely manner. Everyone I've dealt with from the owner Kyle McCaw all the way to the make ready and maintenance teams have been so helpful. There is literally nothing they can't handle. And believe me when I tell you I'm somewhat high maintenance and have put them to the test.

I connected with Oscar when calling in for general questions that I needed to understand before proceeding forward. He provided all and more than I needed to better understand.
