My Partner and I rented out a house with this company for four years. And I got to say don’t do it! When we first moved in to the rental the house was dirty! The kitchen was not cleaned, the appliances were out dated, the refrigerator, microwave were broken and dirty. Dishwasher didn’t work and it was not installed into the countertop and the garbage disposal was broken. Going into the dinning room the sliding door was broken and was installed backwards! Backyard was trashed! In the laundry room the washer was broken! We had to reached out to the key property management about our lease to see if there’s going to be renewed because we didn’t hear from them or the owner of the home! And now we were accused of the same things that happen to us when we first moved into that house! We hired a carpet cleaning company that was recommended from Key Property management and installed a new light for the front door. We had to pay to take down a tree because the owner wouldn't pay for it! Even though this wasn’t our fault at all! This company is a bunch of crooks! We will not recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely love renting with Key Property management. I have been in my home for almost two years now and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. When my husband passed away suddenly they did everything they could to ensure I was able to pay my rent and stay in our home with my son. While going through that, it was such peace of mind knowing that I could communicate with their office and receive kindness back. The manager Shayna is an ANGEL! And their maintenance manager Steven is the best, any repairs always get done so quickly and efficiently. Thank you Key Property management for being such a great rental company.

The entire process was smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. It made my stay easy and comfortable, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed place to stay! 😊

In the same week, we had two separate issues at home—first, our water heater went out on Sunday night, and we were able to take hot showers again the very next day. Then just two days later, we had another leak. I submitted a maintenance ticket at 4:28 PM on a Friday and received a response by 4:56 PM, with a plumber already reaching out shortly after. Thank you to everyone who helped so quickly!

Although the previous tenant did not properly care for the unit, Steven and the entire team have been quick to resolve our issues and repairs. Their dedication means a great deal to us and truly speaks volumes about their character. I sincerely appreciate everything they’ve done—especially during the holiday season.
