I live on Cantabria Heights Avenue. I had to use the services multiple times. Each and every time to include this week regarding my air conditioner, being out this property management team is absolutely amazing from the staff that you talk to on the phones, the HOA Coordinator, and the maintenance Team Which sends out contractors for repairs. Nick is amazing.

We had to change the condenser on our A/C unit which had been installed on the roof of the apartment. Steven Yang of Key Property Mgmt, handled it pretty well, and within 24 hours he had contacted a A/C Refrigeration and repair company to handled the contract. Even a Crane had to be hired to do this job. It was handled professionally well by Snow Frosty Inc and the job was completed by the end of the day. Well done lads! Special mention to Steven Yang who has always been pretty efficient in handling his tasks. I can say it without hesitation as I have been a tenant on this said property for 8 years running.

I've been living in one of their properties since end of December. I was very worried about what it would be like to have a property management company instead of a landlord and honestly I love it!!! They are incredible, Steven Yang is my rep and he is #1!!! Every maintenance request has been replied to by next day if not same day. I just had my AC break and it was literally REPLACED within 2 days. Most homeowners don't even move that fast on their own houses that they live in! I love my rep here and definitely recommend. Application process was easy, I applied Friday end of day and by the following Monday morning I was already approved.

My husband and I recently rented a townhouse from Key Property Management. The original listing NEVER mentioned a solar panel. When we signed the lease agreement, there was NOOOO mention of addition fees for the right to use the solar panel. As my husband previously mention, solar companies ARE NOT electricity providers. We as tenants are using Nevada Energy for electricity at said residence. Demanding that we be made responsible for the energy savings resulting from use of pre-installed solar panels is attempted fraud by Key Property Management and any/all participants. Again, there was no mandate in the lease addendum stipulated additional monies would be required by the tenant on a monthly basis for access to pre-installed solar panels. We have already consulted the advice of a VA attorney and they agreed that we are not responsible for any solar panel fees not expressly defined in the lease agreement. He explained that outside of "service fees" defined as cleaning and repairs of panels; all solar panel lease and loan obligations are the responsibility of the owner. He also submitted his suspicions of whether or not the owner was even involved in this extortion attempt and felt that these actions appear to be by KeyPM alone. He chuckled when we told him the property management was trying to classify the solar panel company under electric utilities and said it was laughable. He ended by saying that as long as we have the electricity bill in our names as stipulated within the lease agreement, we have met our obligation regarding electricity. If this harassments continues he recommended that we bring this mater to litigation, holding Key Property Management and all parties involved accountable for punitive damages in addition to compensatory damages and filing a claim against their surety bond as well which we plan to do.
Steer clear of this company because they use deceptive fraudulent practices after you have entered into a lease agreement. Check the negative reviews.

This commendation is for Steve in charge of Maintenance at Key Property. As long as we have been dealing with this property management company Steve has been out advocate in getting our needs met with Maintenance on the property we rent. Steve is a hard worker and proficient at serving his customers. He is friendly and kind and very helpful to all the residents and their specific needs. He goes out of his way to help and always finds resolutions to problems that may arise. We are so thankful for Key Property employing Steve so that we can continue to get superior service on all our Maintenance needs and concerns

I have rented our home from key property since 2018.
I am still so pleased with all their
Kindness and understanding during all maintenance requests.
The maintenance department run by Steven is superior. When I contact him by text he always responds the same day.
I have never been disappointed in their service. Thank you for all you do Steven.

I’ve been using Key Property Management since the very first day I decided to rent out my house, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! A friend from NYC recommended them to me, and I’m so grateful they did.
From the start, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the owner and staff, and they have been nothing short of amazing—professional, reliable, and, most importantly, caring. Yes, caring! They truly look out for their customers, especially when it comes to keeping costs reasonable.
A perfect example? One weekend, while I was traveling, my rental’s water heater broke. I was worried about the hassle and the expense, but my property manager handled everything seamlessly—and without breaking the bank. That kind of service and peace of mind is priceless.
I can’t recommend Key Property Management enough. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, they’re the ones to trust!

Key PM is a great company that always is ready to help solve any problem that may arise as a tenant. They quickly handle any maintenance issue quickly and are so understanding of the inconvenience that can accompany the issue.
The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable which makes for great customer service.
The management staff is quick to respond and treats every tenant with a professional attitude accompanied by friendly helpful solutions to solve any issue that may come up.
I plan on staying a tenant for years to come and appreciate the great staff and quality service Key PM provides.
