Founded in 2001, Key Property Management is a full-service real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial property management and investment services. We offer investors innovative, customized programs that translate into measurable results. Our high tenant retention rate averages over two and a half years per tenant, and our low vacancy rate is less than 1% annually. With over 1600 single-family homes and condominiums, we manage more single-family investment properties than many other Las Vegas companies. I’ve lived in apartments my entire adult life, but with a large family, it was finally time for us to move into a house. I’ll admit, I didn’t fully know what to expect with the transition. Thankfully, KeyPM has made the entire experience feel effortless.
As a property manager myself, I understand that in any home — especially an older rental — there will always be small things that need attention. What truly stands out is how quickly and professionally KeyPM handles every issue. Whenever we submit a work order, they respond the same day, and if it can’t be completed immediately, it’s scheduled right away.
They’ve been punctual, reliable, and consistently positive in their communication. Even knowing the home would need some updates, that hasn’t stopped them from addressing every concern thoroughly. We truly appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism.

I have been renting a property from them going on 5 years now, and I have 0 complaints. This company has been outstanding for me! Every single person I have encountered is SO nice. I moved from out of state, and they made me feel welcome. The app they use for the property makes everything so easy. Whenever there is an issue, they are ON it! We plan on staying put for a VERY long time. Thanks for everything, Key Property Management!

I have been with Key Property for a couple of years, and I will say they have been one of the best leasing office I have dealt with. Their response time is fast in any situation. They prioritize your home as if it was theirs. You can’t find that just anywhere !

I absolutely love renting with Key Property management. I have been in my home for almost two years now and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. When my husband passed away suddenly they did everything they could to ensure I was able to pay my rent and stay in our home with my son. While going through that, it was such peace of mind knowing that I could communicate with their office and receive kindness back. The manager Shayna is an ANGEL! And their maintenance manager Steven is the best, any repairs always get done so quickly and efficiently. Thank you Key Property management for being such a great rental company.

I had a great experience!! From the beginning, communication was clear and timely, and everyone was very helpful whenever I had questions. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. It made my stay easy and comfortable, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed place to stay! 😊

This company truly cares about its clients. In the same week, we had two separate issues at home—first, our water heater went out on Sunday night, and we were able to take hot showers again the very next day. Then just two days later, we had another leak. I submitted a maintenance ticket at 4:28 PM on a Friday and received a response by 4:56 PM, with a plumber already reaching out shortly after. Thank you to everyone who helped so quickly!

Key Property Management has been there for me and my family since the very beginning. Although the previous tenant did not properly care for the unit, Steven and the entire team have been quick to resolve our issues and repairs. Their dedication means a great deal to us and truly speaks volumes about their character. I sincerely appreciate everything they’ve done—especially during the holiday season. Looking forward to celebrating a Merry Christmas in my new home!

I’ve had an excellent experience with Key Property Management . The team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about their residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is always clear and friendly. Robert and Shayna were very professional and helpful throughout the move in and out process. I really appreciate how organized and reliable they are it makes renting here stress-free. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great management and quality service!
