Founded in 2001, Key Property Management is a full-service real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial property management and investment services. We offer investors innovative, customized programs that translate into measurable results. Our high tenant retention rate averages over two and a half years per tenant, and our low vacancy rate is less than 1% annually. With over 1600 single-family homes and condominiums, we manage more single-family investment properties than many other Las Vegas companies. This company truly cares about its clients. In the same week, we had two separate issues at home—first, our water heater went out on Sunday night, and we were able to take hot showers again the very next day. Then just two days later, we had another leak. I submitted a maintenance ticket at 4:28 PM on a Friday and received a response by 4:56 PM, with a plumber already reaching out shortly after. Thank you to everyone who helped so quickly!

I have been leasing from Key Property management for 7 years. Everyone there is amazing. Especially Steven the man in charge of maintenance requests. He is always on top of the requests within minutes if not seconds and always comes thru. Thank you for all you do Steven

Key Property Management has been there for me and my family since the very beginning. Although the previous tenant did not properly care for the unit, Steven and the entire team have been quick to resolve our issues and repairs. Their dedication means a great deal to us and truly speaks volumes about their character. I sincerely appreciate everything they’ve done—especially during the holiday season. Looking forward to celebrating a Merry Christmas in my new home!

Responsive, friendly, and reasonable are not usually words I use to describe property management teams but the Key Property Management team members are all that and more!
The property is in amazing condition and dealing with the team has made selecting a property and moving in a dream! Even post move in repairs that have popped up, Steven from the maintenance team responded and actioned things faster than I’ve ever experienced before.
If you’re looking for a rental property to live on or to be managed, you can’t go wrong with Key!

I’ve had an excellent experience with Key Property Management . The team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about their residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is always clear and friendly. Robert and Shayna were very professional and helpful throughout the move in and out process. I really appreciate how organized and reliable they are it makes renting here stress-free. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great management and quality service!

We've had the pleasure of working with Key property management as their vendor throughout the years of our partnership. We interact the most with Nick, Steven and Brian but their whole company is truly amazing to work with. They send out work orders promptly, always checking the status of orders making sure everything stays on track and is completed. Their team has timely communication, reliable, and always professional. They’re responsive, solution-oriented and always available to help resolve any issues that we come across such as scheduling conflicts with tenants. We look forward to continuing our partnership as their top-notch property management services have been a true asset to us :))

For almost 25 years, Key Property Management successfully managed my house in North Las Vegas while I lived elsewhere outside Nevada. From the outset I was happy with Key as we had to remove a hoarder who was not paying rent. Key then successfully selected renters, who paid rent on time and rented, for the most part, 5 plus years at a time. When in August I decided to sell the house, their agent successfully sold within a month. I could not be happier or more grateful for their services. Thank you, Brian, Kirsten, and Key for so many years of excellent service and a job well done!
