Founded in 2001, Key Property Management is a full-service real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial property management and investment services. Our high tenant retention rate averages over two and a half years per tenant, and our low vacancy rate is less than 1% annually. I must say that key property management is the best company to get what needs done on maintenance. Every time I call for something to be repaired they contact me within 24 hours and fix the problem within the next 24 hours. They’re on top of job. We’re very pleased with this company and their workers they send to fix things. Thanks so much! 💯

We’ve had a wonderful experience renting through Key PM. Steven and Shayna have been amazing to work with over the years—always friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything.

I’ve been renting with Key Property since 2018 and have had nothing but great experiences. They are always prompt, professional, and helpful whenever I need assistance. I absolutely love my townhome, and any maintenance request I’ve submitted has always been completed quickly and efficiently.
My AC even went out on Memorial Day, and I honestly thought I would have to suffer through the holiday but to my delight, Key Property had an AC company at my home within 30 minutes of my call. That level of service and urgency truly impressed me.
I really appreciate the management and all they do to keep everything running smoothly. Highly recommend

I just wanted to say that I’ve had such a great experience with you guys. Every maintenance issue that I’ve had has been resolved promptly, which is such a contrast from my last renting experience here in Las Vegas a few years ago. Communication has been easy, the app is super convenient for paying rent and requesting maintenance. In addition to that, my application and move in experience was great as well. I was out of state for most of that and you guys still made the process smooth and convenient. Thank you guys for everything you do!!

We have been tenants of Key Property Management for about seven years, and our experience has been consistently positive. They are attentive and professional, and whenever we’ve needed repairs, they have responded promptly and resolved any issues efficiently. I’ve lived in apartments my entire adult life, but with a large family, it was finally time for us to move into a house. I’ll admit, I didn’t fully know what to expect with the transition. Thankfully, KeyPM has made the entire experience feel effortless.
As a property manager myself, I understand that in any home — especially an older rental — there will always be small things that need attention. What truly stands out is how quickly and professionally KeyPM handles every issue. Whenever we submit a work order, they respond the same day, and if it can’t be completed immediately, it’s scheduled right away.
They’ve been punctual, reliable, and consistently positive in their communication. Even knowing the home would need some updates, that hasn’t stopped them from addressing every concern thoroughly. We truly appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism.

Overall the company is good and, responsive. However not sure how long ago, they implemented a charge that is not optional to all tenants. a mandatory 40$ a month fee for some third party company to send us air filters for the house every three months.. I’ve explained my son has severe allergies, and my own brand name filters serve our family better. Also this third party company gives you some kind of point system when you pay rent , but you have to subscribe for 5$/month to get any of their perks. So it’s just throwing away 40$ every month for no benefits, and can’t opt out of.. on top of an already high rent! Really really unfortunate for those of us who are struggling or have had lay offs happen.. every dollar makes a difference in this economy.
