With well over a decade of real estate experience, I opened Ziser Realty & Property Management in 2022 to provide a higher level of service to clients. The company bears my name to let you know I put my name and reputation on the line and I take ownership in your satisfaction. My mission is to create a positive experience for both owners and tenants by providing exceptional service, timely and clear communication, and attention to detail in all we do. My goal is to maximize profits for investors by taking excellent care of their tenants and properties.

Glenn often reaches out to us for Garage Repair, always requesting the earliest time slot available so his tenants are not inconvenienced and waiting for repairs. I can tell he truly cares about his tenants and relationships. Trust is what makes companies thrive in a partnership and as a vendor I can tell that Glenn works hard to ensure trust is maintained. Highly recommended for any tenant or vendor.

I've known Glenn Ziser for several years now. I worked with him during my first Professional Management Agency that I used for my rentals. He left that agency about a year later and I was very sad about it. He was extremely helpful. He went way above his normal functions to help with anything I needed. I live out of State so knowing he was there was so
comforting. I stayed with the other company a couple more years, but they got so bad I was going to guit them and take it on myself. At that moment in time, Glenn called me and said he was starting his new business. I was elated. I switched, companies immediately and have been so happy ever since. He is so honest and trustworthy.
