We have used 1836 for years as our property management company for one of our properties in Austin. They are phenomenal. We have used other property management companies in different areas of the country in the past that do not do a fraction of what 1836 does. If you are looking for a property management company to manage a rental, look no further. They cover everything at a very fair price. They are always available when you need them and go above and beyond what you might expect from a property management service. Since we started using them, we have had our property rented pretty much 100% of the time and never had any issues with them at all. We highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Torres and the team at 1836 Property Management Co. on a commercial lease transaction for my clients, and they did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help throughout the entire process.

Professional customer service & reliable team work in all departments of property management which make our residential experience enjoyable and effortless. We appreciate your time & effort in department communications as well as organizational networks. We are comfortable not only in the house but with the Blue Team representing the investors, landlords, & service agents. Thank you for making the house a home!

We loved working with 1836 Property Management! Melanie was so kind in addressing all of our questions during the initial stages. Maintenance requests are handled extremely promptly and communication with our agent is easy and quick. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with them.

Alex Perez was absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. She made the entire process of moving into our new rental smooth and stress-free. We have truly felt supported every step of the way—highly recommend working with her!!
