I am a builder in Oakland County and I have a lot of clients that are real estate investors. My clients range from short term AirBNB and VRBO investors to longterm rental homes and fix and flip types of homes. I refer them to Brad to handle the financing and will continue to do so.
Brad is able to do fix and flip loans to help my clients purchase homes outright and finance in renovation and construction costs. When my clients decide to keep the home long term he refinances them with a lower long term rate to keep them cash flow rich to focus on their next real estate investment. Thank you Brad for all of your help!

Brad walked each step of the way through our re-finance process. He advised us and worked hard to make it possible for us. When we had questions, he took our calls any time of the day, and if he was busy, he returned our call immediately! His personality is one to make you feel comfortable, he never got annoyed with our endless calls, his tone was always kind, helpful, patient and you need to be made felt comfortable when going through the process. We loved working with Brad, and I highly recommend working with him, he would not disappoint and will work to make it possible for you.
