Ben and team have been managing my property for a few years now. As a doctoral student who has moved to a different state for school, it has been nothing short of wonderful to know that my first house is in such great hands. They found a renter who treats my home like her own - even putting solar powered lights up the driveway! They even have quarterly walk throughs of the property and email me with any concens.
I couldn't be more thankful for Ben and his team. It has been a huge sigh of relief to know that my home is in great hands with them. If considering Lake Michigan Property Management, I would encoruage you to do so! I haven't regretting it one day since starting.

Five stars without hesitation. Lake Michigan Property Management runs a tight ship. Clear communication, sharp systems, and a team that actually cares about owners and residents. As a real estate broker, I don’t hand that out lightly. You can tell they’ve put real thought into their processes and they follow through. If you want a company that does what they say and stays on top of details, this group earns real trust.

Ben and Becky have been fantastic from start to finish. They first helped me rent out my house . Later, when I decided to sell, they guided me every step of the process .

Switched to Ben and Becky two years ago. I was with another company that was fine but not my style. I was looking for a team where I could call them up and discuss my property directly. Where it wasn’t an army of people with different “roles”. Want to discuss upgrades? You have to talk to so and so. Rent collection, someone else.
Ben and Becky are my one stop shop. If I have questions about anything we can discuss it. They do a fantastic job with the tenants. Magically after I switched, my tenant turnover rate went way down.
Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Lake Michigan Property management! They helped us complete some home projects in Michigan while we were living in Boston. They coordinated everything, including scheduling and communicating with our tenant at the time. They then were even able to help us sell the property when the time came! Cannot recommend this company enough!

Lake Michigan Property Management were the best landlords we’ve had! When they transitioned into being our landlords, they were very communicative and super helpful with the switch. The customer service and customer care are out of this world! They called and personally apologized when a few bumps came up along the way that weren’t even their fault; left a gift bag for us, and treated us like we were their top priority. We hope we’ll be able to rent from them again someday!

I changed from a home town management company to Ben and Becky about 2.5years ago. I feel they provide me comfort knowing they represent me professionally. I trust them to insure the home is well cared for and the renters are happy. I finally have property management I can trust.

I’ve had such an easy, pleasant experience with LMPM. When first moved in they provided a cute and practical gift basket. Their maintenance team is on top of everything, very responsive and communicative. I’ve enjoyed working with them and am sad that they won’t be my property manager anymore!
