With some recent changes, I was having a hard time getting a hold of someone in the office. On a whim, I decided to hit "Megan"s line in hopes of reaching a live person! Not only did she answer my call, she listened to my queries and didn’t hesitate to help me fix my issues! She went above and beyond helping me and listening to me! As a busy working mom, always on the go, its hard for me to find time to stop and make calls, having her help me when she could have very easily said "not my job", shows what an amazing person and employee she is! She definitely deserves a raise!! Thank you so much for all your help!!

A few additions to my review of Vista Bonita Apartments (Uplift Property Management)includes the sense of community here - our neighbors are warm and friendly and I believe we owe that to our manager Dawn Diaz who is the driving force behind it. From the well-organized events like our Christmas Party and this year a Lunar Celebration too, to the general upkeep of the property, she clearly cares about making this a great place to call home. Highly recommend her management style and her as a person.

Lorraine Paniagua located in the Cajon property is fantastic. She is really helpful and makes her tenants feel welcomed. She is also so great at organizing holidays gathering for her residents. Her property always looks clean and peaceful.

I m writing this review to inform uplift property management that their property manager Kelly at Bonita court apartment is a true gem. She’s curious, professional, and goes above and beyond for the residents. Every encounter we’ve had with her has been wonderful. Kellie is a great apartment manager. She’s incredibly friendly, always full of positive energy, and genuinely fair in everything she does. What stands out most is how she treats everyone with kindness and respect—whether you’re a new resident or a long-term tenant. I’ve worked other property managers before , and Kellie is by far the best. She makes living here a great experience.

Megan Green, our direct contact with uplift, was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly throughout the process of preparing to move. Her expertise and promptness ensured that our search for a new home was smooth, and there were no delays during our application process. We absolutely love living in this community—it truly feels like home. A big reason for that is our amazing Resident Manager, Taylor Holliday. Taylor is professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Over the past year, Taylor organized fun events like Halloween and Christmas that brought everyone together. During our recent move, Taylor provided incredible support, which is why we happily chose to stay here again. Huge thanks to Taylor for all the hard work and dedication!

Long story short - I am a tenant. My old Pm didn’t fix anything I’ve asked , lots of miscommunication, and just an horrible experience. Uplift ( Megan) just took over my unit maybe a month now, and so far they have been great!!!! Literally go above and beyond on getting the job done with great communication and service !
