I couldn’t be happier with Resolute Tax Services! They saved me over $3,000 on my property taxes, and I really didn’t have to do a thing. They handled the entire process for me and made everything incredibly easy.
The results were even better than I expected, and the whole experience was completely hassle-free. Saving over $3,000 with virtually no effort on my part is pretty tough to beat!
I will absolutely be using Resolute Tax Services every year going forward. Great service, great results, and a company I would highly recommend to anyone looking to lower their property taxes!

I've used other services and I've been satisfied but decided to try Resolute Property Tax Solution because I usually break even. I'm glad I switched and I will remain with RPTS because they saved me actual money this year. I was impressed with how they communicated information and overall everything was simply easier and better. This was a reminder that it's worth changing from something good to something better. Very satisfied now.

Great business model and incredibly successful at getting my property tax bill down. You pay 40% of the year they negotiate the savings. It seems high until you realize you are paying with your returned tax dollars. Highly recommend this company in particular because I have NOT had similar success with competitors to Resolute.

Guys if you own property. These are your go to guys! No reduction no fee. I was apprehensive to use them so I gave them 1 property. They came back with a $22,500 reduction. Fee $143.00 . Great service!! I sent them the complete portfolio!! I will continue to use them as we grow!! Thanks guys for all your help

Resolute Property Tax Services did help lower my property tax valuation, and I estimate I’ll save about $500 in property taxes, so I appreciate that they achieved a reduction.
That said, I was disappointed with the lack of communication throughout the process. I felt like I was left in the dark about their strategy, what comparable properties they were using, or what value they were ultimately planning to argue for. More transparency along the way would have given me a lot more confidence in the service.
My other concern is the value. My fee ended up being over $140, which feels like a significant percentage of the savings. While I did come out ahead financially, the net benefit wasn’t as much as I had hoped. Looking back, I honestly think I could have researched comparable sales myself and achieved a much better result.
Overall, they did produce a tax reduction, but I would have liked better communication and a stronger return on the fee I paid.

I have been using Resolute Property Tax Solutions for several years and they have been able to lower my tax basis every year. I would not have the time to protest myself or the knowledge of everything I would need to protest successfully. With Resolute Property Tax Solutions, I don't have to worry about it.
