Great condo in a great location. Easy to get into and out of and so close to the Convention center that I actually walked back one day. Would use them again.

We had an amazing time at the most beautiful villa. Easy booking, responded to our questions quickly a very helpful and professional team. Would recommend to anyone wanting to book, and I’m 100% sure we will be back to book again!

Just back from a 3-week stay and we were so impressed with the apartment! My son absolutely loved the Mario room, such a special touch. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures (actually even more spacious in person!). Any time we communicated with Villakey, they were quick and helpful, and the kitchen utilities provided were excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable and we genuinely miss the pillows already, they were the best ever! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with only the light wear and tear you’d expect from a holiday rental. At times, there was a bit of noise from the elevator or other guests walking through the building, but that’s just part of staying in an apartment block and nothing the owners can control. The Vista Cay pool area was lovely- new, modern, and only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. There’s also a Publix and plenty of food options close by. Overall, this apartment really ticked all the boxes for us. We’d absolutely stay again and would fully recommend it. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

This was my family's first time but my second time using VillaKey and the experience was a great one! From the beginning the support staff (Max) was very helpful! I loved how at any time of day I reached out to the support staff I was able to get a response within minutes! We felt very safe and the house was beautiful and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! The AC was on point! The thing that was annoying was the alarm for the sliding door that took you to the pool, that kept going off despite pressing the button. We also were a bit disappointed with how the pool looked. It didn't look as clean and it was a bit small. We had our 15 month old with us and it was a 2 story town house, I would have loved to have a rail to help with anxiety but we managed without accidents! Overall, We had a great time and I would recommend Villakey always!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed in an 8-bedroom villa at Solara Resort (Orlando) for 10 days in May/June with 7 adults and 4 children (aged 6–12), and it was perfect for our family holiday. The villa was spacious and really well maintained—plenty of room for everyone, very comfortable beds, and great amenities. The private pool was a big hit with the kids, and we also enjoyed the resort’s communal pool. The cinema room was a real wow factor—great for relaxing in the evenings! Communication from the host (Max) was excellent throughout. Check-in was smooth, with info sent in advance, and we got a couple of friendly follow-ups once we were settled in. We had one small query while there (we couldn’t find the towels!), and it was answered within minutes. Great location—just 20–25 mins to Disney, and a Publix and 7-Eleven nearby. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa—an ideal base for a memorable Florida getaway!

This was our second stay in Davenport with VillaKey. We were so excited to see some of the updates from last year! They got new outdoor furniture - which was so important as we spent most of our mornings/days out on the pool deck. They put in a new fridge so there was filtered water and ice and new washer and dryer combo! I was also thrilled that they put a mattress pad on my bed upstairs and it was way more comfortable. Only downside was the installation of the screen door alarms. These are so annoying but I do realize that it is a law in Florida so can't blame the rental company for that. The house was clean and well stocked - would be nice to have a bit more of the essentials (salt & pepper, garbage bags, laundry pods etc) but they do provide a few that will get you through until you can get groceries. We paid for pool heat and a BBQ which isn't cheap but so worth it as the one week we were there was chilly at nights. We used the pool a lot so it was nice that it was nice and warm. We did have issues with the next door neighbour renting out the house for parties on Friday nights. Thankfully another neighbour called the cops and got that sorted out. This house feels like our home away from home and we would highly recommend staying with VillaKey. Max was very prompt with responding to any messages and very helpful. 10/10 would stay again. We didn't want to leave.

We were happy with our stay! Max responded very quickly with messages and was accommodating with our requests. The house was spacious and clean, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! We were pleased that they provided baby gates for the stairs and also have a couple of booster seats for meals. The kitchen is big and well enough equipped, although the pots and pans weren’t ideal and could stand to be replaced. It’s a great gated community and big, so lots of options if you like to walk! My only complaints are that the pool is much smaller than it appears to be in the photos, it’s more of a wading pool. We weren’t thrilled that we had to pay extra if we wanted to use the grill, but it wasn’t the end of the world. The bathtub doesn’t hold water if you need to bathe your child, but it holds it long enough to get a quick bath in. Overall we were very happy with the cleanliness of the house and had a good experience!

This property is a perfect home from home. All entrance codes and access details are sent in good time to enter the home. On entering you are greated with a large hall way leading to a fantastic bedroom with 2 x double beds and a large bathroom area. you also have a garage area with a washing machine and dryer with a space to dry any clothes. On the first floor you have a spacious open kitchen, WC, dining and living room. HUGE TV and small balcony. On the top floor the master bedroom has a super king bed and large en-suite with shower, bath and double sinks. Up the hall you have another bedroom with 2 x double beds. Facility wise the complex has everything you need. The communal swimming pool is heated and has entertainment most days which is great fun. To one side there is a hot tub (very hot) and a childrens pool. Bar is well priced and sitting area faces Kraken and Mako rides at Seaworld. Walking distance there is a walgreens for any medication and other bits. 2 min drive and you have pizza restaurants, coffee and a Publix convenience store. The location is perfect I’ve been to Florida 21 times and I wish I’d found this place earlier. Leaving the complex and turn right towards the I4 Disney is approximately 15-20 drive with traffic. Leave the complex and turn left Universal is a 5 minute drive. You can see Seaworld from the complex so that’s how close that park is. Management wise I honestly couldn’t praise these guys enough considering we moved our holiday twice due to Covid there was never a problem. The VRBO app was a great platform to message and Max was always right back to you super quick. We purchased our Park tickets before leaving the UK but on arrival we could of also purchased tickets through the team. I’m currently looking to return in 2023 and I’m hoping to find the right size property at the right price, if these guys can help then we are BACK. Max and team thank you so so much for making such a special trip of a lifetime. Ps SHE SAID YES to the 💍
