Rick has been managing our property for several months now, and the experience has been outstanding. He is a true professional - dedicated, highly organized, and always available for any request (and I’ve had quite a few!). He pays attention to the smallest details, literally down to the last nail. It’s rare to find this level of care and commitment. Truly top-tier service that gives me total peace of mind.

Bassett Property Management oversees two rental properties owned by our church. They do a fantastic job securing tenants that are respectful & reliable. They manage the security deposits. They identify projects needed to keep our properties functional & attractive. They manage rental collection and keep payments timely. Their reporting system makes it very clear what monies will be received each month. We value our relationship with Bassett Property Management.

Renting with Bassett Property Management has been the best renting experience I’ve ever experienced . My landlord was so kind, friendly, and easy to work with. Anytime I needed something, they were quick to respond and always willing to help without making me feel like a bother.
They really go out of their way to make sure the place feels like home and that everything runs smoothly. You can tell they genuinely care about their tenants, which is rare to find. It made such a difference knowing I could count on them and that they truly wanted me to be comfortable and happy.
We have rented two properties with them and would not look anywhere else for a rental!

Bassett Property Management was fantastic to work with. They were attentive, organized, and kept communication clear and consistent throughout the process. Any concerns I had were handled quickly, and everything was always done on time. They even went above and beyond to make sure my property was fully ready for tenants, and later ensured everything was in place for me when I moved back in. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me real peace of mind. I’d highly recommend Bassett Property Management to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch property management.

I had an excellent experience with Bassett Management. The entire process from move in to move out was clear, painless, and smooth. We rented this place site unseen in person as we lived down south. Rick was helpful to send us videos of the entire space and neighborhood which gave us the feel we needed to lease the unit. While living there, he was quick to respond and take care of any maintenance issues or questions that we had. Upon move out, he made clear the expectations which made it easy to ensure we completed and cleaned all that we had to. Would definitely recommend this landlord to others in the future.

From the moment we signed the lease, their team has been responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, and they always kept us informed every step of the way.
What really sets them apart is their attention to detail and how they go above and beyond to ensure tenants feel valued and comfortable. The property is always well-maintained, clean, and secure. It's clear they take great pride in what they do.
I highly recommend Bassett Property Management to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable Team/Landlord. Five stars all the way!

I had a terrific experience living in my tiny Northford cottage for over 5 years. The owner (Robert) and landlord (Rick) were both easy to deal with, and they took care of my repairs promptly. It’s a quaint rural town, quiet and a safe place to call home.
