I had an issue with my gas stove where it stayed on even after turning it off. I sent them a video explaining the problem, and they responded immediately! The very next day, a technician came with the serial number details, replaced the switch quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
Excellent customer service and super fast response. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience renting from this management company. I lived in one of their properties for almost a year, and the house was beautiful and well maintained.
Any time I had a question or needed something addressed, they were quick to respond and take care of it. It's clear they take pride in their properties and care about their tenants' experience.
In fact, I was so happy with my experience that when I needed to move, I rented another home managed by them. That alone probably says more than anything else! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property.

Rick was such a supportive Realtor from our purchase through a recent sale. He worked tirelessly to help us secure a home, sharing advice gained over years of serving his clients. I just moved into my new apartment I got to say this place is beautiful and any issues I had It might have taken a couple days but it got done The guy was amazing and I have nothing bad to say about Bassett property! So, so far so good! And if he can't do something they will send somebody else that can and it was done in a timely manner so five star from me!

Rick has been managing our property for several months now, and the experience has been outstanding. He is a true professional - dedicated, highly organized, and always available for any request (and I’ve had quite a few!). He pays attention to the smallest details, literally down to the last nail. It’s rare to find this level of care and commitment. Truly top-tier service that gives me total peace of mind.

Bassett Property Management oversees two rental properties owned by our church. They do a fantastic job securing tenants that are respectful & reliable. They manage the security deposits. They identify projects needed to keep our properties functional & attractive. They manage rental collection and keep payments timely. Their reporting system makes it very clear what monies will be received each month. We value our relationship with Bassett Property Management.

I had a terrific experience living in my tiny Northford cottage for over 5 years. The owner (Robert) and landlord (Rick) were both easy to deal with, and they took care of my repairs promptly. It’s a quaint rural town, quiet and a safe place to call home.
