I lived here for almost 20 years. I paid my rent on time every month even through COVID shutdown. The living conditions were horrendous and I suffer breathing issues from the black mold that they refused to clean and make right. I constantly had to fight for my rights in this complex and Realvest did nothing but take my money and laugh all the way to the bank. When I finally was able to move out I neglected to clean the moldy, outdated by 20 years bathroom because they were having to gut it out and make it "look" nice for the next resident and they would have to clean up after themselves anyway but instead they came after me for cleaning costs. My husband paid the money AND THEY STILL TOOK ME TO COLLECTIONS!!!!! Under no circumstances do I recommend living or even looking at these nasty apartments run by nasty people for a nasty management company. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I am writing this review to warn all property owners to avoid Realvest Property Management at all costs. My experience with them has been a nightmare of negligence, unfulfilled contractual duties, and financial loss. Here is a summary of the unprofessional and damaging actions I experienced: 1. Major Security Failure: · After my tenant moved out, they failed to return all keys, leaving my home accessible for nearly a month. · Despite proof the tenant still had the keys, Realvest refused to immediately rekey the locks, blaming the tenant and doing nothing to protect my property. 2. Theft of Personal Property: · A representative from Realvest facilitated the unauthorized removal of my $5,000 dining room set by the tenant under the false pretense of a sale. No payment was ever made, and the company has refused to take responsibility or recover the stolen items. 3. Unauthorized Alterations & Damage: · Without my knowledge or approval (a direct violation of our contract), a Realvest employee authorized a contractor to remove my entire water filtration system. · Their move-out inspection was utterly negligent, failing to document extensive damage left by the tenant, including a urine-soaked carpet, broken fixtures, a damaged sprinkler system, and a rodent-infested outdoor kitchen. I was left to discover these issues myself. 4. Failure to Provide Services I Paid For: · I paid for a "Complete Management Package" that included annual walk-throughs and pest control. They provided zero reports or documentation for these services. The rodent infestation is proof the pest control service was never performed. 5. Deceptive Practices & Gaslighting: · When confronted, their staff (Taylor and Stephanie) provided false information and tried to mislead me about the status of the lease and the return of keys. · They overcharged me for management fees for periods when the property was vacant and have repeatedly tried to bill me for unnecessary repairs without providing any photographic evidence. Conclusion: This company does not protect your investment; they endanger it. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and operate with a shocking lack of integrity. Their actions have left me with thousands of dollars in damages and stolen property, forcing me to pursue legal action. I want to say thank you for my realtor Larry Perez he is super nice and awesome !! Never met anyone so friendly some of the realtors they were snobby but Larry Perez he so awesome friendly !!! he such an Angel and he is super honest he tell me and guide me ..all the time special if I don't understand what the paper said lol but he always there answering my call questions!! Even it's weekend ! I appreciate him a lot and super thank full That I met Larry Perez I remember when the first time I met him I tell him maybe your my lucky charm to get this house !!! lol it's true !!! Just happy I met him thank you so much for the help you make my dream come true..God bless you always !!!

I paid my rent a year in advance and the heater has gone out and they sent over an incompetent guy that didn't know what he was doing. He was looking at YouTube videos to see how to fix the heater and it still isn't fixed. It is about 50 degrees in the house and the temperatures are going to be in the 30s next week. The guy they sent initially said the unit is old and need changing and it was a safety concern. Now they want me to pay for someone to come out and fix it but I have to pay for it. Why would I pay for a new unit in a house that doesn't belong to me? I don't own the house so when I leave, what am I supposed to do, take it with me? I am disabled from a stroke. I have my 70 year old mom with me and they don't care that we have both gotten colds from being in a cold house. We wear sweaters, coats and leggings with jeans over them to stay warm or turn the gas stove on to heat the front of the house. So this is how they treat people who pay a whole year in advance plus the security deposit. Just make sure to check EVERYTHING yourself before getting a house with this company.

Sarah was amazing through the entire process. She answered all our questions, was always professional, and quick to respond to our needs. We have been through several home buying processes and working with Sarah was by far the best experience we have had. We would highly recommend!

Dear Google, I have quite an interesting story. This company probably isn’t expecting the review. I’m about to leave. They probably expect me to leave the worst possible situations. I probably would. Mine was a little tricky other people ditched me on the rent after two months. I was stuck with Rent I had a job opportunity in the Midwest in October, but I was forced to pay rent that entire time sounds pretty messed up. I know it was. It was rough on me, but Taylor and sarah at Realvest. We’re Aggressively patient with my rude attitude and also deal with a kid to help me alleviate my situation with maintenance during my stay there stay and they were wholeheartedly understanding. That is why I’m leaving this I had times and moments when my rent was very tight and never stress about it. I highly recommend them they were extremely professional, but somehow know how to pull out the bag of being a homegirl. I absolutely love this company and I am very sad that I have to go through a different company now that I am in Los Angeles Realvest we will meet again thank you for your services.
