I wish I could give this company 0 stars.
Can't believe how poor and unprofessional the management here is. We have experienced two major issues, first with our AC in June & then months later in winter with the heat, and despite attempts to contact this building management multiple times over several WEEKS, no one helped. The temperature inside our home got up to 82°F in the afternoons for 28 days and this is obviously an immense health concern.
Absolute disregard for their residents and their well-being. Heating and AC are the most basic of "amenities" and when I asked to be reimbursed for the part of the month in which I had no AC or heat, they had the audacity to tell me that I owed the entire month, even though I couldn't breathe in my own apartment for the extreme heat.
ALSO, the trash hasn't been collected at the property for 3 weeks and garbage has been piling up in the parking lot -- attracting rats and other vermin. It reeks and has begun blocking the spaces around it, so we have even less parking than we did before. I have attempted to contact the management and have heard nothing.

There was a part needed for my AC repair, yes, but that wasn't the issue. The repairmen themselves were very kind & professional (to clarify, they're unaffiliated w/ C21 Accent Homes -- they were professional). The issue was that after WEEKS of no AC, rising temps, & my continuous attempts to contact the office & schedule an inspection & repair, no one was responsive nor helpful.
In fact, I had put in a request on your "24/7 maintenance hotline" and when the repairmen showed up, they couldn't access the unit that they needed to because it was on the roof -- I requested from your office the roof access form that your team apparently needed, scheduled another day for the repairmen to come AGAIN, stayed home from work, helped them upstairs with all their gear, and EVEN WITH THE "ACCESS FORM" FILLED OUT, they still couldn't get into the roof as it was still locked. Even though Century 21 Accent Homes had promised that it would be open during the window that the repairmen needed it. This happened again like 4 more times, and each time this interfered with my work schedule.
So frankly, it was repaired DESPITE Century21 Accent Homes Property "Management" . I cannot stress enough how mind-boggling the unprofessionalism was and is. To go on charging residents a full month's rent after an ordeal like that is nothing short of CRIMINAL.
"Several provided ways for residents to reach us" is BS.

As a vendor that Century 21 uses, I can say that David and his staff are nothing less than excellent to deal with. Communication and clear instructions is something that is nice to work with. The staff is respectful and always a pleasure to deal with.

I have rarely experienced the level of incompetence, unprofessionalism, and dishonesty as I did with Century 21 Accent Homes Property Management company. I would not ever deal with this company again, under any circumstances. They refuse to respond in a timely manner, if at all, they are misleading recalcitrant, and uncooperative.
Your response failed to address the problems I brought directly to you. This had nothing to do with your claim that my application was declined for the reasons you stated. Your claims were inaccurate; you stated that the screener was responsible for the application, and the screener, more accurately stated that your company was responsible. I was never able to reach anyone to ask questions, your clients are being poorly served. It turned out that your incompetence worked to my advantage as we found a larger and much nicer home, in a more preferable location and the application went through with no problems.
I noticed that you have had to lower the price of the home, evidence that you are not serving your clients very well.

Very disappointing and unprofessional management.
We have been dealing with a serious heating issue during extremely cold weather, and despite contacting the office multiple times over several days, no one took responsibility or provided a real solution. The temperature inside our home dropped to 64°F in the evening, raising serious concerns about how a family with children is expected to sleep through the night.
What makes this worse is that we kept receiving automated messages saying that a service request was “completed” and asking us to leave a rating — while the problem was clearly not fixed and the house remained cold.
This shows a complete lack of urgency, accountability, and basic tenant care. Heating is not a luxury; it is a basic necessity, especially in winter.
I would not recommend this management company unless they significantly improve their response time and take maintenance issues seriously.

We had Carmine come out to do our annual inspection for our rental home, and honestly, he was amazing. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful!
From the moment he showed up, Carmine had a calm, professional vibe that made us feel comfortable right away. He explained what he was checking, why it mattered, and never made us feel rushed or like we were in the way.
He’s very thorough, but in a good way. He noticed things we wouldn’t have even thought to look at, and he explained everything in a way that made sense without making it stressful. You can tell he actually takes pride in his job and wants to make sure everything is safe and in good shape.
If you’re looking for someone who is kind, knowledgeable, and just genuinely good at what he does, Carmine is it. We really appreciated him and would absolutely recommend him.

My review is specific to service requests, which have consistently been handled quickly and professionally. On the few instances we’ve needed service, the requests have been responded to promptly and the individuals who’ve handled them have been fantastic to work with - once even returning after hours to resolve the last of an issue we had with the HVAC system. Carmine in particular was so accommodating, communicative, and just all around a pleasure to interact with, would highly recommend! We’re very appreciative of all of the staff who’ve assisted us.

During an annual home inspection, our inspector Carmine was professional, and helpful with sharing what to expect from the inspection (this was the first time I’ve been present for a home inspection). I appreciated the personal touch, as he loved animals and we have one dog and 2 cats in the household and they became very comfortable around Carmine. Thank you Carmine!!

We took great care of the home, yet after moving out they charged us for things like fireplace cleaning (never used), painting, and “junk removal” that never happened. Completely unreasonable and outside normal wear and tear. Very disappointing experience — Avoid this managment company if you are renting a property managed by them.
