I’m an attorney and Partner with Colorado Law Group, focused on tax, real estate, and construction law.

I work with real estate investors, owners, and developers on acquisitions, entity and holding company formations, and purchase and lease agreements, including short-term rental considerations. I also advise on zoning and land use, easements, permitting, and regulatory compliance.

I assist with development and redevelopment matters, including contractor and subcontractor disputes, inspection and title issues, and delay, payment, and performance issues that arise throughout a project.

For longer-term holdings, I help structure ownership to protect assets, support growth, and align with long-term tax and succession planning objectives. I also incorporate tax considerations, including tax deferral strategies such as 1031 exchanges, into overall deal and ownership strategy.
