We had a really good experience working with this team. Andrew was the one who showed us the house and helped us through the move-in process. He was patient, helpful, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.
Nichole, the property manager, was professional and responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance.
Diana handled the key walkthrough and made sure everything that needed attention in the house was clearly pointed out and explained, which we appreciated.
Overall, the process was smooth and everyone we worked with was helpful and respectful. Thank you Andrew, Nichole, and Diana for helping us get settled into our home.

The professionalism and quality of customer service was outstanding with this company.
From the very beginning both Nicole and Deana were very friendly and practiced great communication skills. The application was very simple and easy. I have confidence that this experience will continue to be pleasant during my lease.

I had a great experience renting this home. Nicole and Deana were wonderful throughout the entire process — professional, kind, and very responsive. Everything about the rental and move-in process was smooth and exactly as agreed. I truly appreciate their support and would definitely recommend working with them.

Ms. Deana has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. She is beyond kind, warm, friendly, inspiring, and incredibly encouraging. From the moment I viewed the property, she confidently told me the unit would be mine and she was right! I toured on a Friday, applied the same day, and by Monday I was approved. The entire process was seamless and stress-free thanks to her professionalism and dedication.
She truly knows her job and does it exceptionally well. I’ve never had such a smooth and positive experience with a property management office before. I am genuinely grateful and feel so blessed to have worked with her. This company is incredibly lucky to have someone like Ms. Deana on their team. She deserves all the recognition, respect, and honestly… a raise! Thank you for making this new chapter in my life so special.

We moved into our RentMax-managed property in October 2025, and since day one we have experienced
consistent issues with the home which I understand can happen
When we first moved in, the stove was not working. It took almost 3-4 weeks for this issue to be resolved.
We are a family of 4 so am sure you can imagine the headache.
We are now experiencing ongoing issues with the washing machine. It is reported the issue in December
and it’s currently January, and the washing machine has still not been repaired or replaced
I have attempted to speak with upper management, specifically Todd, several times. He sent a message
through Deanna asking me to contact him via email, which was not his email but Tricia. The email was
sent and I text Deanna letting her know I had sent the email to the email address she had given me, but he
has yet to respond.
Additionally, when we initially signed our paperwork, the rent was $2,150. Shortly after, RentMax
increased the rent to $2,300, stating that upgrades were made to the home. Although we agreed to the
increase because we liked the property, after my experience I wish my family would have went with a
different rental company.
Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating. Repairs are not handled in a timely manner,
communication is poor, and tenant concerns are not taken seriously. Based on our experience, I would not
recommend RentMax Property Management.

Since meeting both Deena and Nicolle, we’ve had nothing but great experiences. Deena is always early, on time, and shows up fully prepared for everything. She’s incredibly helpful and makes sure you have every detail you need. Rentmax is a wonderful company—easy to work with and very straightforward.
We’re so happy to have finally moved into our new home. Thank you, God, and thank you to our new property manager, Deena! Merry Christmas—this is truly the best Christmas gift she could’ve given us!

Cailey was super helpful and on-time for an appliance delivery that I had scheduled. she made sure my appliance was put in right and sent me pictures of the completed work .As an owner of a rental property it's important to have reliable management team Highly recommend Cailey and Rentmax property management.
