Since the recent snow storm our HVAC unit haven’t been working properly not even reaching 70 degrees and the property manager Teresa is so rude about the complaints we been telling her, we have a WEEK with no heat and nobody wants to help us or even gives us a compensation for this issue. They supposedly fix it and we are still very cold, sick and surviving with some space heater they brought that not help a lot

i would leave less stars if i could. ive been renting a cornerstone property for the last year and no one ever deals with maintenance in a timely fashion. when i moved in things were broken i was told would get repaired and ive been living here 10 months with no toilet paper rack, towel rack, and a broken cabinet in the kitchen and broken drawers in the fridge. my fire escape wasnt functional for 3 months over the summer and my washing machine came broken then it took them 2 months to come fix. currently my dishwasher has been broken for 2 weeks going on 3 and theyre trying to tell me to drain it myself with a cup. do not rent from this slumlord company.

I rented from Cornerstone Property Management for two years and had an excellent experience. Any issues that came up were resolved quickly and professionally. The team was always responsive and genuinely cared about making my renting experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. It’s rare to find a management company that’s both attentive and considerate — highly recommended!

I had a terrible experience with this company we signed the lease payed our security deposit we never moved into the property then they changed the original arrangement we had then terminated the lease keep in mind like I said we never moved in and they kept our security deposit I wouldn't rent from them if I could I would give them no stars

Do not rent with them! My apartment switched to this company a year ago and it has been a night and day change. So far they have lost my key, rarely respond or get back to me when they say they will (months in between responses), and have refused to replace a window that hasn’t closed for over half of the year…in Baltimore City with 90+ weather this month. Unsafe and adding a lot to my BGE bills! Every employee I have talked to about it has been apathetic and refused to provide any name or contact info for anyone else in the company so that I can try to get more information. Save yourself the hassle and find another company to work with!!!

I had a pretty good experience with Cornerstone Montgomery. Their app to use to submit maintenance requests is very user-friendly. I did have an issue with my heat, which was an ongoing problem that I had to report multiple times, but it did eventually get resolved. I definitely had a better experience with this company than I have with other property management companies.

We searched for a new home for a few months with no luck and bad experiences until we found cornerstone property. When I saw the house I fell I love! Talking to James and the ladies in the office I knew we were making the right decision. Always helpful! Always responsive. Just an amazing group to rent from. They really care about to people and the properties!

Highly recommended Property Management Company. James was very helpful throughout the entire rental process and his Staff has always been professional and quick to respond to my service requests. They completed repair requests in a very quick timeframe and always followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the service. The payment portal is very easy to use and convenient and my rental payments were reported monthly which was an added bonus. Thank you for the great service!
