I used Harpoon Capital for a cash-out refinance of a short term rental in the Catskills, NY. Despite the somewhat rural location of the property, Zach Edelman and his team were able to get the deal closed and do so at 70% LTV. Would highly recommend them to STR investors.

Harpoon Capital helped me with a purchase of a Short Term Rental in Pinehurst, NC utilizing a DSCR loan. They were extremely flexible with me even with a complex contract that had seller credits and money going towards my STR designer at closing. Zach Edelman was my rep and he was on top of the deal all throughout.
