Harpoon Capital was my lending partner for a short term rental purchase in Frankfort, Kentucky. They gave me an 80% LTV loan with a 6.500% rate and little closing costs with a DSCR loan qualified off AirDNA projections. My rep Zach Edelman locked the terms upfront which was huge because the market worsened after we began the process. We were able to close with those terms, and experienced great transparency and communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

I used Harpoon Capital for a cash-out refinance of a short term rental in the Catskills, NY. Despite the somewhat rural location of the property, Zach Edelman and his team were able to get the deal closed and do so at 70% LTV. Would highly recommend them to STR investors.
