Not only did they find the perfect tenant in an extremely short time, but the tenant was happy with our specific lease terms AND then ended up buying our home, which was truly our goal as we had been trying to sell our home prior to renting it. AdriAnn and John were communicative and then helped us when we had a big property issue that involved them managing through a burst pipe and insurance claim; they were thorough and extremely detailed with documentation, which made the whole process much easier and so much less stressful. Our decision to use AdriAnn Rode - Team PMI Coal Creek - Property Mgmt. Inc. was something we were very concerned with, as renting our homes in the past did not always work out for the best in terms of tenant/prop. mgmt. We looked at a number of property mgmt. services offered in the surrounding area, however; our feeling was we were just another number added to a list of many homes being managed by offices without any interest in who we were or what we were concerned with in terms of level of support. Team PMI Coal Creek put all our concerns to rest in terms of providing a personal touch - making a house call to meet us and discuss a feasible way ahead, and provided a complete spectrum of what they would do in terms of level of support and response time - when/if necessary. Team PMI Coal Creek provided a comprehensive lease agreement that covered everything in terms of "what ifs" and specific coverage required by the tenant in the event of damages or being delinquent in terms of rental payments as well. To date, PMI has clearly displayed the personal touch to our property, blended with a professionalism and expertise that has significantly depreciated our anxiety level in terms of choosing the right property manager to protect and support our property.
