About us
With over 60 years of management experience, Denman Property Management is a full-service property manager specializing in single-family, multi-family up to 4-units and small commercial properties. We use the latest technology and management software to provide our clients and tenants with the best experience possible. We are investment property owners also and manage our clients' properties the way we would manage our own. While property management is always messy, our goal is to do things right the first time in order to reduce your stress and liability. In addition to founding Denman Property Management, our owner has 20 years of residential building experience as a new home builder, home flipper and remodeler giving our team a better understanding of whats behind the walls and how to repair and maintain properties.

Wade and Madalyn have both been wonderful. I have been renting from Denman Realty since 2019 and have never had an issue. If something needs taken care of, all it takes is one call. They are right on it. I have always felt I have been treated fairly and with respect. Thank you Denman Realty.

I've used Denman's property management services since 2010. Couldn't have asked for better management. They respond to my tenant's needs immediately and appropriately and handle any fixes and repairs promptly. Their client portal lets me view the monthly statements and invoices easily. The annual interior inspection and photographs are invaluable and enable me to make decisions about property improvements. I've utilized property managers across the country, and I know competent managers. They know what they're doing. I live on the other side of the country, and wouldn't be able to hold onto my AZ home if it wasn't for them.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Wade and Denman Realty over the years. We’ve purchased three properties through them, and they’ve also managed those properties for over a decade. Their professionalism, market knowledge, and attention to detail have been consistently impressive.

Denman Realty did a wonderful job managing our property. We lived out of state and always had peace of mind knowing our home was being managed by a competent team. Wade is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. Madalyn is organized, efficient, and always helpful. The team was easy to get in touch with and prompt to respond. Would highly recommend!

I have rented for Denman Realty for 3 years now. They are AMAZING! Maintenance issues are solved immeadiately, management is extremely friendly, and my move in process was so quick and easy. Communication is easy and seamless. I reccommend them to all my friends and family looking to rent in the valley because I know they are great at what they do. Shout out to Madalyne for everything she does, she is attententive and one of the best at her job. Everyone on their maintenance crew is awesome, including their vendors. I couldnt reccommend a better property management company. Whether youre renting or looking for someone to manage your property, I know Denman Realty will take care of you.
