With over 60 years of management experience, Denman Property Management is a full-service property manager specializing in single-family, multi-family up to 4-units and small commercial properties. We use the latest technology and management software to provide our clients and tenants with the best experience possible. We are investment property owners also and manage our clients' properties the way we would manage our own. While property management is always messy, our goal is to do things right the first time in order to reduce your stress and liability. In addition to founding Denman Property Management, our owner has 20 years of residential building experience as a new home builder, home flipper and remodeler giving our team a better understanding of whats behind the walls and how to repair and maintain properties.

Beware I think this company is a scam . I paid the application fee and never heard anything back on a rental property. They say if you want more Information to apply but after you pay it goes dark. It says you would be working with wade someone name Madalyn has been texting never calls or answers the phone.

Madalyn was easy to work with and communicative, Bryan, not so much. Any repair requests were handled promptly, and the Appfolio renters app was easy to navigate. The added fees were the reason for three stars and the favoritism for the owners of the rental properties. I was charged for a concierge fee, which I never used, and for a company to change my air filter every 2 months. Not to mention all the administrative fees and cleaning fees, etc. There are glowing reviews from the property owners but not so much from the renters. Overall, Denman Realty is a good company to rent from and no more crooked than any other real estate agency.

I give Denman Realty 5 stars!!! I rented a unit from them for 2 yrs and they were the best property management company I have ever dealt with. Ms. Grana was always professional very knowledgeable, and responsive to my calls. She always was courteous and quickly responded to any property needs or any concerns. It was a pleasure working with them and we really enjoyed our stay at this rental. A definite THUMBS UP!!!!

Denman (Wade) helped me invest in the Phoenix area over 12 years ago. His property Management company has managed my properties ever since. He also helped me with the sell of some a few years ago. All said his team has done an excellent job. They are trustworthy and pleasant to deal with. The Property management team (Madilyn) is excellent and professional. I feel like one of the family. I give them my highest recommendation.

Wade and his team go above and beyond. Denman Realty has been our property manager for over 10 years and we our very satisfied with their customer service. Madalyn is our property manager and she is fantastic always willing to go the extra mile. We would highly recommend this company for any of your business needs.

We have peace of mind having Denman Realty & Property Management manage our Arizona property. We live out of state and using a management company is essential. They take care of all matters such as repairs, landscape, pool service, etc. They provide great communication of any issues that need our approval.

We had hired Denman realty to manage our rental properties , they were recommended to us by a family friend who’s been a customer for long. Denman realty showcase professionalism and lot of proactive intent when it came to looking for prospective renters. Whole process end to end was seem less all documentation maintained electronic . They are on top when an issue is reported by the tenent and keep me in the loop. Overall happy with their services

We’ve had an amazing experience working with Denman, Madalyn Grana has been so helpful to us. With needing rental assistance to helping us find other resources for rental assistance. She’s gone above and beyond to help us out. We’re moving out this week and I’m really thankful to have had her to work with through everything. She’s very professional and cares about her tenants! Thanks Madalyn for being so helpful to us! My sister recently had a nightmare with Progress Residential and I’m so thankful we were not able to qualify through them after all and found Denman!
