We manage residential properties throughout Palm Beach County with transparent fees as low as 5% of monthly rental income and a minimum of $150/month. I own a few rental properties in Palm Beach County and management used to feel like constant noise — small repairs, tenant issues, vendors, the usual stuff. Since moving over to Atlis Property Management, it’s been noticeably quieter on my end. Problems get handled before they turn into bigger ones, and the communication is straightforward without a bunch of back-and-forth. It’s the first time my rentals have actually felt like passive income.

I live in a 55-unit building managed by Atlis Property Management, and the difference compared to the previous company has been significant. From a resident’s perspective, responsiveness is everything. Maintenance requests are acknowledged quickly, and issues are handled without constant follow-ups. You can tell there’s an actual system behind the scenes instead of chaos. What stands out most is that they treat residents like people, not just unit numbers. Communication is clear, respectful, and professional. Common areas are better maintained, and there’s an overall sense that the property is being actively cared for. It genuinely feels better living in a building where management is present, organized, and attentive. We’re very happy to be in a property managed by Atlis management.

I own a condo in West Palm Beach and was honestly in a tight spot because my mortgage was pretty close to what I could rent it for. I needed a property manager that was affordable but still competent, and Atlis really stepped up. They helped price it correctly, found a solid tenant, and kept costs under control. I was worried I’d be losing money every month, but they made the numbers actually work. It’s been such a relief having a team that understands the financial side and doesn’t overcomplicate things. Atlis was honestly a lifesaver for me.

They moved quickly on tenant placement and background checks, kept me in the loop throughout the process, and have been consistently responsive. It’s a huge relief having a local team that truly understands the Palm Beach Gardens area and actively looks after the property. If you own a rental and want dependable management that actually handles the day-to-day without headaches, I’d definitely recommend them.

Atlis Property Management has been an incredible partner for my multifamily property in West Palm Beach. I needed to make a substantial rent adjustment to bring the units up to current market value, and they handled the entire process with transparency and confidence. They explained everything clearly, set the right pricing strategy, and quickly secured a reliable, high-quality tenant at the new rent level. Their local knowledge and communication made a complicated situation feel simple. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend their team for multifamily management in West Palm Beach.
