I switched to Ten20 after having a not-so-great experience with another property management company, and I’m really glad I made the change. They’ve been great about getting my units rented quickly and keeping me updated. If something comes up, they’re easy to reach and do a good job getting things taken care of. I’ve been really happy with Ten20 and would definitely recommend them.

I have used Ten 20 Property Management to over see my rental house. Anne Marie is great to work with and they take time to go over all details of managing my property. They have several walk throughs a year to ensure my property has been taken care of.
They are also a smaller company rather than a huge manages company. This gives the owner and/or renter a chance for questions they may have. Thanks

I have been with Ten 20 for about 4 years now and couldn’t be happier. They make everything easier to the point where I sometimes I forget I have rentals until the inevitable work order gets placed (which they handle immediately). Out of my 2 houses with them I have only had 1 vacant month over the past 4 years and they are always filled with great tenants that take care of the property.

I recently started using Ten20 property management to manage my properties.
The team at Ten20 is very responsive and pleasant to work with, payment processing has been reliable and timely, and they have been quick to communicate tenant requests/issues.
Additionally they have provided good direction when needed to help me make decisions, and were able to help fill a vacant property quickly and with little fuss.
I've found them to be much easier and smoother to work with than other property management companies.

I recently switched to Ten 20 Property Management after having a very bad experience with another local company. Amber was so helpful and patient working with me which makes everything much easier since I am stationed overseas and we are working through time differences. She has kept me informed every step of the way during the transition from the previous company and based on her updates it looks like the tenants are also very informed.
I am glad to have my home under the care of this company.

I’ve honestly had a really great experience so far with 1020 Property Management . The whole approval and leasing process was way easier than I expected, and they made it super convenient to see the property.
Every time I’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve responded really quickly and taken care of it right away. Communication has been excellent the entire time, which is pretty rare these days honestly.
I’ve already signed my lease and I’m about to move in, and so far everything has gone too smoothly haha… almost too good to be true. If the actual living experience is anything like the move-in process, I’ll be very happy. Definitely impressed so far.

I especially want to highlight Kamdyn, who was absolutely incredible to work with. She was so helpful, responsive, and professional every step of the way. She made sure all of my questions were answered, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make the process stress-free. Her kindness and dedication really stood out and made a huge difference.

Wayne Long is attentive and makes sure everything is handled quickly and the right way. Communication is clear, and maintenance requests are taken seriously.

Ten 20 Property Management is a great company to rent from! I rented a townhouse with them in 2019. Their customer service is top tier and whenever there was an issue, they provided prompt service. The company was so awesome that I have now decided to place my rental property with them. From the time I notified them that I was interested in putting my house up for rent, Amber has been on top of it. They are knowledgeable and advise you of the entire process in depth. I also like that they do inspections during the rental period. I feel like my home will be in great hands! If you are looking to rent or list your home as a rental, don't hesitate to go with Ten 20 Property Management!
