Working with Kevin and Bryce was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Even during an incredibly busy time for all of us, they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Kevin’s strategic advice regarding seller credit and negotiation was invaluable and ultimately helped us land a fantastic deal. My wife and I are thrilled with our new investment, and we couldn't have gotten it over the finish line without their hard work and dedication. I had a fantastic experience working with Miki and Ashly as my mortgage brokers. They were extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely great to work with throughout the entire process. As a real estate investor, finding the right loan structure and a competitive rate is very important to me, and they were able to do exactly that.
They took the time to understand what I needed and found the perfect loan for my situation with a great rate. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything was handled smoothly. Most importantly, the closing happened right on time with no surprises.
I highly recommend Miki and his team to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable, and professional mortgage brokers. I will definitely work with them again in the future.

I had been in contact with multiple brokers to get closed on my property, and none of them could help with the issues I was having. However, after a 30 minute phone call with Christian, he was able to point out the fixes to my problems and began helping me fix them prior to closing. Christian, delal, and Ross were very knowledgeable and worked together to get my deal to the closing table! Can't wait to work with them in the future!

I have had such a wonderful experience working with One Brokerage. Frank and Ashley worked so hard to make sure my refinance process was smooth. They were both so responsive whenever I needed them and explained everything to me until I understood every single part of the process. Customer service to this high of a standard is hard to find but I'm so glad I could experience it with them. I look forward to doing many more deals through them!

I had an excellent experience with Frank and Nathan. I had been unsuccessful finding a mortgage broker that not only understood what I wanted but had a working knowledge additional options. Everything progressed smoothly. Frank was easily accessible and had a quick response time. He adjusted well to changes in the mortgage process and always had a solution. Frank will be my first call in the future and I look forward to working with him.
