My second time leasing a place in my life and the experience was a breeze. My application was reviewed and approved in days, Andrea was immensely helpful in the process. Andrea answered all my questions promptly, and made sure my application went through fast.

My experience with PMI was great! Exactly what I would hope for from potential property managers. They were super helpful and clear with communications and very understanding to my circumstance. I primarily communicated with Andrea, and she was the best. All my opinions were based off speaking with her.
I’ve dealt with “bad” rental companies before, but PMI does not fall under this category. I would recommend them to any new or experienced renters looking for a quality company to manage their living experience.

I have had an excellent experience with PMI River City managing my properties. They have been professional, reliable, and consistently stay on top of everything, giving me peace of mind knowing my properties are being well taken care of.
I especially want to recognize Debra for her outstanding service. She is extremely responsive, attentive, and always keeps me updated on how my property is doing. She is quick to address any questions or concerns and does a great job communicating every step of the way.
I highly recommend PMI River City for property management. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to their clients truly stand out. Thank you to Debra and the entire team for doing such an excellent job!

I tried for months to find a tenant for one of my properties. I contacted PMI River City and the team there were able to help me find a tenant shortly after signing up with them. I am very satisfied with the service they provided.

Andrea was amazing 10/10!!!!! I had such a wonderful experience with this company! I just secured the home that I love, they made it so easy to ask questions and they answered everything I was confused on. Honestly I loved working with Andrea. She was so amazing! She even stayed after hours to help me complete my deposit! I would recommend this company to everybody trying to rent. I’ve seen a few bad reviews on here, and I don’t understand where the reviews are coming from in my experience. This place was attentive. They listen to everything that I said, and they moved in a timely manner. Anna Ritchie
