I highly recommend New Start Property Management. Since last year, when I moved in after the devasting hurricane Helene took my home and everything in it, I had a new property manager a week after moving in and that property management team would not talk to any of the FEMA agents, so I could get help with rent. Finally, New Start took over and within two weeks they were on the phone with FEMA agents which in turn got me approved for rental assistance. I don't know what I would have done if they didn't speak to them for me. Not only did Jen talk to FEMA agents for me, they have also worked with me on rent during this economically difficult time. Even with the help of rental assistance it's still extremely hard to get back on my feet. Working with a church and keeping an open line of communication with Marilyn at New Start, as a team we got my rent for the month figure out. They have been so patient with me. They as a property management team have been everything I have needed during this time of need. Thank you New Start!!
