MasterKey Property Management strives to become the premier property management company in the Raleigh / Durham area. We provide full end-to-end residential property management for single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and apartments throughout the region. We also manage small commercial properties. By treating every property like our own, we’re able to maximize growth and revenue and build a positive reputation. Working with Robert and Pete at MasterKey Property Management has been a fantastic experience. It’s clear they genuinely care about both the properties they manage and the tenants who call them home. Their communication is consistent, their follow-through is dependable, and they approach every situation with integrity and professionalism. Working with Ligia has been an absolute pleasure. Whenever I had questions during my stay, Ligia was quick to answer during working hours and would get back to me straight away after the weekend. Scheduling repairs was easy even though we didn’t really need to do so except for right when we moved in. Additionally, Ligia helped negotiate between myself and the homeowner after I bought a new home during the lease. All three of us were able to come up with a plan that worked out for everyone in the end. Would highly recommend partnering with or renting through this management company. 5 stars to Ligia especially.

I can’t say enough good things about Pete! Every time he comes by for a repair, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. He has a warm, pleasant demeanor that instantly puts you at ease, and he’s always professional, respectful, and thorough.
No matter the task, he gets the job done right the first time — and often spots and fixes little issues we didn’t even notice. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and genuinely kind. An all-around great guy and someone we trust completely with any home maintenance or repair needs. Highly recommend!

We have 3 properties managed by Masterkey, and they have been fantastic to work with. Quick to respond, handle tenant issues, quick turnaround when finding new renters. Very easy to file taxes with the records they keep and their user portal is very easy to use.
