We provide full end-to-end residential property management for single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and apartments throughout the region. We also manage small commercial properties. Ligia has been absolutely wonderful from day one of us getting approved. She has been so helpful in all of our steps and answers all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner! I am thankful for Ligia’s prompt attention and kindness as my lease transferred from my previous property management company to MasterKey. Additionally, she ensured I was able to move out smoothly by accommodating my needs! Moving is very hard but Ligia was incredibly helpful in the process.

I just moved into one of Masterkey homes and the garbage disposal was stuck. Pete with Maintenance contacted me after I submitted an online request for repair. He made sure to fit me in before the Thanksgiving holiday. Awesome service, thanks!

Master key has been great to work with, quick turn around and very responsive. So far the entire experience has been much appreciated! Ligia has been our poc and has been super helpful and knowledgeable about all requests we've made. Would highly recommend to anyone who has reservations about renting property!

I can’t say enough good things about Pete! Every time he comes by for a repair, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. He has a warm, pleasant demeanor that instantly puts you at ease, and he’s always professional, respectful, and thorough.
No matter the task, he gets the job done right the first time — and often spots and fixes little issues we didn’t even notice. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and genuinely kind. An all-around great guy and someone we trust completely with any home maintenance or repair needs. Highly recommend!
