I want to clarify that this review is strictly for the wonderful service provided by Danya. Our water was turned off by the city due to unknown circumstances beyond our control. When I created a ticket, I received no immediate communication. The water was turned off on Monday, and Diego Cuevas was assigned to my ticket. Unfortunately, he did not assist me at all and did not see the concerns with living in a home with no running water. He responded to my messages roughly once a day without any real updates. When I asked him several times for his supervisor's information, he ignored my question entirely. Finally, on Wednesday, my husband and I had enough of dealing with him and went into this location to speak to someone in person. This is where we met Danya. She was incredible. She immediately understood why this was an emergency and an inconvenience. She showed empathy for our situation and assured us that she would do everything in her power to fix it. When we left the office, I got a call maybe 30 minutes later with an update already. Danya accomplished more in 30 minutes than we had seen in days. It is Thursday now, and she has already called me twice with updates and will be getting our water turned back on today. I cannot praise her enough. Not only did she help us promptly, but it wasn't even part of her responsibility to do so. This company needs to recognize the employees who are going above and beyond with their customer service.

My bathroom and kitchen sink were leaking at the same time. Genaro contacted me immediately so that he could come out and assess the situation. Daniella contacted me to make sure that the project was completed and asked if there was any other repairs needed. Overall great service , very prompt and professional staff.

Do not rent from this company!!! They do not service any maintenance and will try and make you use a portal and app that doesn’t work. Nobody will answer a phone call and when you move out they try and charge you $3200 to repaint the home in which they paint them one color nasty beige that barley had enough paint on the walls from the start! Bad company run as fast as you can from this property management!! Will be taking them to court to get my security deposit back. They let our pool turn green and fired the pool guy with no replacement , they refused to fix the dryer in the last months of our lease, Avoid the headache and do not rent from this company

Absolutely in every single imaginable way the worst company I have ever rented from. Zero communication, zero follow-up, zero sense of urgency. You will never talk to a live person. They only communicate with you when it is on their time. The app is always down. I have submitted my insurance correctly twice, and they are still charging me for their own ridiculous insurance. I am literally praying for the day that I can get out of my lease. I warn you now, never rent from them.
