Home365 has been very good to me in the last 3 years. I really appreciated there hospitality and how prompt they are when it comes to responding to any concerns when it come to the home I rent from them. I rate them 5 stars. If your looking for a property management company to rent from in the Las Vegas area I recommend home365

Managing my rental is tough with all the building rules but they handle it well. They deal with the HOA and the tenant complaints so I don't have to. The owner portal is easy to use for checking statements and they are pretty quick to reply to texts if I have a question. Solid service

Home365, specifically Daniela, has been a terrible company to work with. They are not good for property owners or contractors. Contractors are not paid on time (or at all), which results in homes being left in disrepair. Communication and accountability are extremely poor. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend Home365 to property owners or contractors.

My rental is a small single-family in Centennial Hills. I switched over after getting tired of coordinating repairs myself. They handled a turnover, repainted, fixed a few things I’d been putting off, and had it rented faster than I expected.

I own a townhouse in Summerlin and travel a lot for work. What I’ve liked most is not having to think about it. A tenant had a minor electrical issue last month, and by the time I checked in, it was already resolved. I got a short update and that was it.

I’ve been with them just under a year, and so far, it’s been smooth. They helped me prep my house before listing, handled a tenant move-in without any issues, and kept communication clear the whole time. What I appreciate most is that I don’t have to remind anyone to follow up, things just get done.

I live in California and rent out a house in Henderson. I was a bit nervous using a management company at first, but it’s honestly been smooth so far. They found tenants within a few weeks and keep me updated without overloading me with emails. Had a plumbing issue last month that was handled fast, and the repair cost was reasonable. So far, so good.

I have switched Management companies about 6 months ago after having spent about 12 years with the previous company. Like every change, there is a learning curve, and the assigned agent, Jenna, made every effort to make the transition as smooth as possible. She is very prompt in answering my inquiries and they have a great team to manage remodeling and repairs. The good thing about the structure is the landlord has leeway to select their own licensed contractors if they are not happy with the Management Company's proposal. In summary, I highly recommend this company to manage your property, and I expect them to continue doing a good job. Like everything else, all support is local, and Jenna has done a great job for me to give them 5 STARS.
