My place near Henderson had a vacancy that dragged longer than expected with a previous manager. They adjusted pricing strategy and refreshed the listing. It leased faster than I anticipated, and the tenant has been solid so far.

I have a single-family home in Summerlin and used to feel like I was constantly waiting for the next surprise. Since switching, it’s been steady. Rent is consistent, communication is clear, and I’m not fielding late-night maintenance calls anymore.

This company had the chance with me to take the low road, like 90% of all companies I have ever interacted with, however they took the high road. I don't know who is managing this place but they have my respect so far. I don't recommend many companies but this one, so far, is excellent. I have zero plans on letting some other company interact with my interests in the area and I hope this high level of service continues in the future.

I own a place near Green Valley, and the maintenance side has impressed me most. They caught a slow leak in the water heater before it turned into a full replacement. The tech sent me a note and pictures afterward which was great.

Home365 has been very good to me in the last 3 years. I really appreciated there hospitality and how prompt they are when it comes to responding to any concerns when it come to the home I rent from them. I rate them 5 stars. If your looking for a property management company to rent from in the Las Vegas area I recommend home365

Managing my rental is tough with all the building rules but they handle it well. They deal with the HOA and the tenant complaints so I don't have to. The owner portal is easy to use for checking statements and they are pretty quick to reply to texts if I have a question. Solid service

I live in California and rent out a house in Henderson. I was a bit nervous using a management company at first, but it’s honestly been smooth so far. They found tenants within a few weeks and keep me updated without overloading me with emails. Had a plumbing issue last month that was handled fast, and the repair cost was reasonable. So far, so good.
