We rented out our home in Centennial Hills after relocating for work. The onboarding process was smoother than I expected. Within weeks it was marketed, leased, and running without constant back-and-forth.

This company had the chance with me to take the low road, like 90% of all companies I have ever interacted with, however they took the high road. I don't know who is managing this place but they have my respect so far. I don't recommend many companies but this one, so far, is excellent. I have zero plans on letting some other company interact with my interests in the area and I hope this high level of service continues in the future.

Update 11/2025: responses are automated, they don’t actually do anything once you email them. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB or wherever possible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHATSOEVER. I won’t be renewing my lease by any means. I rather be homeless. This company is simply here for neglectful landlords, dare I say slum lords. 4 months in and the owner of the property I’m renting is driving me crazy. From noisy neighbors to maintenance repairs due to simply neglect. I actually wouldn’t have made this review but the Home365 staff do not exhibit professionalism themselves. From the beginning, they are too entirely lax in responding and today I encountered the same agent who acts as if it’s a bother to report valid concerns. I can’t wait to move.

One of the best rental management companies in this area. The best service, maintenance team and quick communication. Always ensures the tenant gets the top priority. I must mention the name of (D'Errica), who's one of the best manager here. Always supportive and the person who'll listen to you and solve the issues immediately. Thank you very much for the great service. Always recommended.

When my tenant called about a broken door handle, I thought it would turn into another time-consuming hassle. But this team surprised me with how fast and proactive they were. Within hours, they had a handyman scheduled, and the issue was fixed by the next day. They even sent me a report afterward with all the details! What I appreciate most is their transparency. They informed me about the expected repair cost upfront, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. This isn’t the first time they’ve impressed me—they’ve handled everything from minor repairs to tenant onboarding seamlessly. As an out-of-state landlord based in Denver, I need a property management team I can trust, and they deliver every time. It’s clear they value both my property and my tenants, which gives me peace of mind. Their services are worth every penny, and I’d recommend them to anyone who wants stress-free property management.

I’ve been using Home365 to manage my property in Las Vegas for almost 3 years, and it’s been a great experience. The team is incredibly responsive. Last month, my tenant reported an issue with the heating system, and they had someone out to fix it within 24 hours. I was worried about how long it would take, but they handled it so efficiently. The best part? I didn’t have to get involved at all. It’s such a relief to have them take care of everything.

This review is for Simone L, not Home365 as a whole. I am writing this review because I believe she deserves it and she deserves to be recognized. I have gone through quite a few members of Home365 since being with them as an owner for the past few years. She has been far and away the best I have dealt with, in her quickness in not only answering but resolving questions/issues. She does so in a very friendly, informative and professional manner. This cannot be said for pretty much anyone else I have worked with at the company unfortunately and my review of the company overall would be much lower. Her service alone has convinced me to stick around a little longer, I hope I am able to work with her or someone of her caliber moving forward. Thank you Simone!
