I rarely leave negative reviews but I have to for Home365. I've rented numerous properties with different companies, and Home365 is absolutely terrible. They're rental standards are extremely low. The first tenant they placed for me entered delinquency almost immediately and were in and out of the eviction process for months. Then, against explicit instructions, they auto-renewed their lease! Once we were finally rid of the tenants, as expected, they left the house in shambles. It's been vacant for over 2 months and they still haven't completed repairs. I have to literally contact them weekly to get a status update. They will not call the vendors to check in on them unless I first ask them to. At one point I asked for an update (probably the fourth time, after it was supposed to be done) and they said our property manager was on vacation and they'd get back to me in a week. I asked if anyone else there could call to get an update, and they wouldn't. I also asked to speak to someone senior about my overall experience and was simply ignored. Please save yourself the massive headache and avoid this company like the plague.

Update 11/2025: responses are automated, they don’t actually do anything once you email them. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB or wherever possible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHATSOEVER. I won’t be renewing my lease by any means. I rather be homeless. This company is simply here for neglectful landlords, dare I say slum lords. 4 months in and the owner of the property I’m renting is driving me crazy. From noisy neighbors to maintenance repairs due to simply neglect. I actually wouldn’t have made this review but the Home365 staff do not exhibit professionalism themselves. From the beginning, they are too entirely lax in responding and today I encountered the same agent who acts as if it’s a bother to report valid concerns. I can’t wait to move.

Had my Vegas condo sitting empty for almost two months before switching over. These guys got it rented pretty quick and even helped touch up a few things before listing. There was one small delay getting the AC looked at, but they kept me posted the whole time and it was fixed the next day. Feels like they actually care about keeping both me and the tenant happy.

I live in California and rent out a house in Henderson. I was a bit nervous using a management company at first, but it’s honestly been smooth so far. They found tenants within a few weeks and keep me updated without overloading me with emails. Had a plumbing issue last month that was handled fast, and the repair cost was reasonable. So far, so good.

I have switched Management companies about 6 months ago after having spent about 12 years with the previous company. Like every change, there is a learning curve, and the assigned agent, Jenna, made every effort to make the transition as smooth as possible. She is very prompt in answering my inquiries and they have a great team to manage remodeling and repairs. The good thing about the structure is the landlord has leeway to select their own licensed contractors if they are not happy with the Management Company's proposal. In summary, I highly recommend this company to manage your property, and I expect them to continue doing a good job. Like everything else, all support is local, and Jenna has done a great job for me to give them 5 STARS.

One of the best rental management companies in this area. The best service, maintenance team and quick communication. Always ensures the tenant gets the top priority. I must mention the name of (D'Errica), who's one of the best manager here. Always supportive and the person who'll listen to you and solve the issues immediately. Thank you very much for the great service. Always recommended.
