I am very pleased to have Justin Cornell as my Home365 Customer Success Manager. Justin not only does an excellent job managing all the day-to-day property management functions, he is also very focused on providing the best tenant customer experience which is extremely important to me. Justin is my most valuable asset at Home 365.

Erin, our customer success manager, has been incredibly helpful when I have questions or issues come up. She lowers my stress level constantly and makes me feel great about our property manager. We plan to move another property to Home365 soon!

I have been using Home365 for almost close to 2 years now. I had some initial issues. But then Jenna Timas was assigned as my Customer Success Director and things have been extremely well ever since. Thank you Jenna.

Home 365 is as dishonest as they come. I cannot believe the number of charges they want me to pay, and no work was ever done. I am so beside myself because you cannot get hold of them directly but only through a portal which is very limited. I submitted about 30 tickets for repair and they rejected them all. Scam is the word that comes to mind. Be careful with these guys. They will get you moved in and make promises they have no intention of keeping. Beware beware beware

I was worried to go through another rental company however they were amazing! The online portal is very easy to use and effective. Anytime something went wrong I would upload to the portal and would be contacted quickly! The employees Dayna, Roberto & Haley all helped SO much!
