One of your landlords has been perpetually negligent to the point that I had to leave the unit I rented after one month, due to the deterioration of my health. She is forcing me to pay for another two months of rent for what is basically a glorified storage unit, since I am unable to reside there—in addition to an early termination fee also equivalent to two months worth of rent. My health has not bounced back from the smoke and mold exposure, and the moment I get confirmation this damage is permanent, you will have a lawsuit coming your way, unless you release me from the remaining rent and ETF first. Her only attempt to fix the situation was to offer me a different unit that reeks of smoke even worse than the current unit. She insists she is unable to enforce the no smoking policy that is in the lease, and believes that because the handyman didn’t see any mold, there is no issue. The bathroom wall is FLEXIBLE. It is SQUISHY from WATER DAMAGE. You cannot convince me that two physicians, an allergen specialist, and my own common sense are all incorrect about the apartment being the cause of my deteriorated health.

Very unprofessional pipes keep busting and leaking in my house. Ceiling fell 3 times. They bring people out here and then tell me that I am responsible for the damages why they upcharge the rent. Nobody’s pipe to be leaking and busting every single month when they’re being fixed from a bathroom very bad for business I would not rent from these people and my address is on the northside termon ave lady Marlena Very rude and think she could talk to somebody anyway she wants to Always trying retaliation tactic to get a tenant out when they are required to fix things

Abosultely love renting with Arbors Management, Inc. They are very hands on, helpful and really take care of not only their properties, but their tenants. Had multiple issues over the last month including this bad winter storm. They were beyond professional and acted fast to make sure my kids and I were good and safe. You will not be disappointed!

Arbors was absolutely amazing to work with! We worked directly with Alexandra and she helped us throughout the entire application and moving process! We had an issue with our oven and she was quick to respond and help out! Every body we have connected with at Arbors has been friendly and helpful as they want their clients to have the best possible experience! Definitely will be using them in the future and referring friends planning to move to Pittsburgh to this company!

As a renter the best part about Arbor Management is the online portal. It’s very easy to pay the rent and even easier to request maintenance when needed. So far the responses have been quick and maintenance issues have been rectified in a timely manner. However they could have done a better job making sure the home I’m renting was clean and up to par prior to my move in date per my request. Instead the cleaning was left to me and several maintenance request had to be made after moving in to make the home comfortable and safe. I’m pleased to say that every Maintenance request was fulfilled and my baby boy and I now live in a beautiful clean home. The neighborhood is safe with friendly neighbors and close to family.
