I've never had a real estate agent go above and beyond as Kami did. Her quick responses from the moment our conversations started was impressive. Her dedication, expertise, and friendly approach made everything go smoothly. Not only is Kami fantastic at what she does she's truly a wonderful person. At the time of our house hunting I was dealing with having my hip replacement surgery. Kami went out of her way everyday constantly checking on me. During the tours of the houses, I was unable to attend, it was just my husband beinh able to see the houses in person. Thanks to Kami she would send me videos of the houses so I could see everything myself. Our entire house hunting with Kami was incredibly stress free. Kami has always gone out of her way and above and beyond reaching out to make sure everything is going ok or if we need anything. It’s very appreciated She’s great :)

Two words: slum lord. As a previous property mgt of 12 years in 3 states I have never witnessed a sloppier team. Do NOT move in takes photos of everything. Walls were half way painted and over spray every where. House exterior all dusty and nasty and maintenance lied about power washing then cam about 1.5 months later to wash after several complaints. Garage floor disgusting: asked realtor during walk thru will they clean and paint floor and will they resurface rusty old tubs and was there any pest control issues: she lied. Sloppy and out dated light fixtures throughout. I pay $1,700 base rent… this is outrageous. Moved the stove and refreshed I say dust bunnies and droppings everywhere: EVERYWHERE! They take ur money they DO NOT care. See my photos and tell me if u would move on. Be honest! Take ur business elsewhere folks. Office staff don’t care at all. Very unpleasant don’t do it. I bet they will most likely consider pre-walking all properties before leasing or even showing. Negative 3 stars.

Amber and Meg did a really good job. I was moving from over a hour and a half away and had to come to Jarrell a few days before my move. They called me right as I was pulling into my future residence. They came out about 30 minutes later so I could see my home.

Amber was fantastic in helping us navigate the home buying process. She was very communicative and helped ease my nerves through the whole thing! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Amber was fantastic!! She was incredibly knowledgeable of the area I wanted to be in! She is very attentive to her clients needs and wants! Amber was always so available for all my calls and texts! We never had to wonder where we were in the process as she kept us updated even when she didn’t have any news at all. She would let me know that she was still very diligently looking or working on the next step and notify us what to expect moving forward. She was awesome at helping us to negotiate the best price! She so kindly came with us to closing and met me at the new house to welcome us through the door for our first time Home! We don’t plan to move again… However if we do.!?.!? Amber will always be my choice for help! We love her! Did I mention she also checked in with us a few times through the first year!! ❤️
