My experience with Sphere Realty was deeply disappointing. My wife and I found sphere realty through a mls listing. We were initially told by an agent, Miss Megan Bernstein, that our application had been approved and we were getting the house. She went on to say that "Everything looked good". Then, without warning, she emailed us the very next morning to say the application was denied. When we asked for clarification, they claimed the denial was due to a criminal background. This was a complete contradiction to the official AppFolio report we used, which clearly stated "no reportable records found." This blatant discrepancy proves their actions were either a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or an act of outright deception. When we attempted to resolve this issue with Mr. Thomas Slowbem(broker), it became clear they had no intention of correcting their unlawful findings. The situation was made even more absurd when they emailed us again, retracting their denial and saying our application was now "under further review" and that we should "disregard any previous correspondence regarding our application altogether." This laughable attempt to cover their tracks only highlights their unprofessional and unethical conduct. We are now pursuing all available legal avenues to seek damages and ensure Sphere Realty is held accountable for their violations. While I don't blame any company for wanting to protect their community from unwanted criminals, it must be done within the boundaries of the prescribed law. Sphere Realty failed to do so and should be held responsible.

I would 100% recommend Sphere to manage your property. It was my first time renting out my property so I was nervous. Meg was the best. She answered all my questions and made me feel safe leaving my property under Sphere's care.
