I ve never rented before,this being my first rental experience.my first contact with Edna Mc Grew was pleasant and positive.she was courteous and professional. Prompt in returning my calls and answering any questions or concerns I had. She is easy to work with and readily avaliable. If any issues arise she is quick to respond ,even if it's after hours. Consistent and follows through on her actions. I highly recommend dealing with Edna and her agency Greater Orlando Property Management.

I love living here.. anytime there was a problem ,Edna went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met!! She always responds quickly and The house is always clean!! Sometimes we forget as we are all working most of the day!! Everybody works together tk make living with each other as smooth as possible.. I wouldn’t change anything about this place…I highly recommend this property to anyone who is willing to be in a calm ,quiet environment!!!

Buyer beware. Investor’s & property owners should steer clear of this management company. On the surface they appear to be responsive & professional. Far from the truth. My adult granddaughter moved in and within a month had a gastrointestinal issues that hospitalized her. We bought her back to the rental when she was released from the hospital. I was horrified at the condition of this home. We immediately moved her out that day. I contacted Edna & she claimed to be u aware of any condition issues. As we were moving her out we witnessed a drug deal at the side of the home from one of the renters. The promise of “quiet hours” a 2 week cleaning of common areas & 1 person per room is a total lie. This home at 4269 Barnsdale Blvd, Melbourne,FL appears to be in a nice neighborhood and close to a college campus but is a potentially dangerous & unhealthy rental. The management company takes no responsibility & I texted all correspondence & photos to the owner as well and received no response. I’m sure they will dispute my review but I have photos & copies of all correspondence. It’s impossible that inches of dust on a ceiling fan and & built up grime in the common areas and thick urine staines around the commode in the shared bathroom is reflective of a contracted 2week cleaning service. If this were my rental property I would not employ this company for a professional management service. I requested a rebate for the week rent that she was in the hospital and didn’t stay in the unit as a good will gesture since they didn’t live up to the promised condition of the rental & the response was… we fired the housekeeper & don’t handle the rental payments. Stay far away from this property and this management company! I will also be contacting the BBB.

My wife and I were in the process to buy our first home and Will and his team helped us from start to finish. Will and his team are very professional and knowledgeable and helped guide us with every step of the home buying process. When it came to speaking to the builder/representative of the company we were purchasing our home from, Will and his team ironed out every detail and helped get our wishes met. Will and his team also found us an excellent inspector who was also very detailed oriented and knowledgeable which we are grateful for. I would recommend Will and his team for any body who needs assistance with the home buying process!

Ive dealt with many landlords/property managers over the years and none come close to Edna McGrew. She's very easy to work with. Very prompt in returning calls and taking care of any and all household issues or needs. She's quick to take action in situations that are emergencies, dangerous, out of control tenants, etc. And She's always available. Whether it be during normal business hours, but especially the after hours needs. Shes consistent, reliable, and always follows through. When Edna gives you her word, you can definitely count on her!!

Barbara is taking really good care of my beachfront condo in Ormond. I have had no worries or concerns even during the recent hurricanes. She keeps me informed of any questions or concerns the tenent has . I definately recommend Barbara as a property manager.

We have a portfolio of quite a few properties, and because property managers are notoriously unreliable, we gave a couple houses to 6 different management companies. Very quickly, had rents behind, maintenance not done and evictions needed. Finally found the best by far, GO Property Management. Not only were they the best Cost, but the best service and most honest. They also handled everything from moving tenants in, on time rent collection and Experts at eviction. They were able to get me out of all the trouble… the other Property Management got me into. GO Properties now manages our entire portfolio. It was Pretty easy decision given what’s out there. A+

Never did pest control. Had rats from day one that I constantly had to call a remind them to bait the traps. Had termites for years . He never did anything about the bug problem until I threatened to call code enforcement. He always used the cheapest contractor to do work . My electrical box caught fire. Had to get the city involved to get it working properly. Even though I paid my rent on time and was a good renter he decided to terminate our lease at Christmas time because he was mad that we sought outside help on electrical issues. He never maintained a safe peaceful property because he rented to multiple drug dealers. One year the day after Christmas a house got robbed because of it. We would have left a long time ago if the housing market was better . But we got stuck . So avoid willam Dedelow and his company at all costs. Also the dumpster was constantly over flowing. And he never maintained the lawn care as it states in the lease.
